Jennifer is so well informed and helpful, while also being very kind and gentle. She explains all the processes really thoroughly, and won’t do something if she doesn’t think it’s necessary, which just shows her integrity as a practitioner. Jenny is the best aesthetics practitioner I've ever been to. From my very first appointment, I knew I could trust her. I originally asked for four areas of Botox, but instead of agreeing just because I asked, she honestly recommended only two areas to achieve the same result. That immediately showed me she genuinely cares about her clients rather than selling unnecessary treatments.
More recently, I trusted Jenny through the process of dissolving and refilling my lips, which was something I was really nervous about and didn't want to do. I'm so glad I listened to her advice because the results have been amazing.
I wouldn't go anywhere else now and recommend Jenny to all of my friends. She's incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and always has her clients' best interests at heart. Show less »

Excellent practitioner who inspires confidence and demonstrates an in depth knowledge of her profession. Skin consultation was amazing and recommended skincare regime has made such a difference already even after just 7 days!

Deserves even more than 5 stars. I had extreme pain in my jaw and my dentist recommended botox. I called in the very off chance of an appointment. As I was in pain Jennifer kept her clinic open to help me. She knew exactly what I was experiencing and how to help. Thank you sooo much again.

Jennifer was extremely professional and listened to my areas of insecurity. I received Botox in 2 areas and I am absolutely over the moon with my results. I felt comfortable during the treatment and can’t believe my results in 3 weeks! Would highly recommend!

Jennifer is very talented at what she does. She always takes time to explain the procedure and what exactly she’ll be doing and makes sure you are comfortable with everything. She’ll answer all of your questions and take really good care of you during the treatment. I am absolutely delighted with the treatment I have received. Highly recommend!!

Jennifer is truly the queen of all things skin and beauty related. I started going to see her in November 2025 after what felt like a never-ending battle with my skin (spots, texture, redness, itching). I had tried all the products and doctors advice but nothing seemed to help longterm. Jennifer took me through the skin consultation and started me off with a wee care package of products to trial as she could tell my skin barrier was needing rebuilt first. That alone helped improve texture and under skin redness in a matter of weeks. We then progressed to chemical peels and a prescribed skin care routine and after only 2-3 months my skin was finally consistently clear for the first time in YEARS. We are now working on my scars and I can’t wait to see what my skin will be like in a years time. Jennifer basically held my hand through the whole process, she was so patient and never pushy and I am so glad I trusted to her wisdom. I’ve been getting so many compliments on my skin recently and it is all down to her.

First time meeting Jennifer and she was very welcoming and friendly. Treatment was explained fully and carried out professionally with no issues. Aftercare explained and I got a follow up email a couple of hours later asking how things were. Great service 😀
