Had an amazing experience with Westerwood, I booked in for a consultation in Dec 25, originally looking to just get composite on my teeth, Pav was really upfront and honest about expectations I had and what results would be with this so we opted to go through clear aligners for my teeth for a more natural and long term solution. I started my aligner journey in the January and this lasted until May this year, we had reviews every 3 months to see the progress and Pav made any changes throughout. Towards the end of my treatment I wasn’t quite happy with the result, this was no problem at all to Pav who immediately got new scans of my teeth and another 10 sets of alligners. When I finished we followed with whitening and composite bonding, I could not be happier with the result, I am in love with my new smile and never thought I would show my smile off as much as I have and being so confident with it, having always felt self conscious of my teeth following a accident when I was younger I never expected to be able to have this. All my questions were answered, and Louise explained everything really clearly. What I liked most, was the honesty. Some clinics will tell you that you need something, that you really dont, so you will spend more money. What I liked about Westerwood, and Louise in particular, was the honest advice. Had my procedure today and Louise went over everything again. She was just lovely, and made sure I was well numbed before she began. I was in and out in 20 mins, and no pain. I recently visited Westerwood health for Botox and dermal filler treatments, and overall I had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
The consultation was thorough and informative. The practitioner Lynne took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained the procedures clearly, and offered honest recommendations I appreciated how she focused on achieving natural-looking results.
The Botox treatment was quick and relatively painless, and I started to see results within a few days. The outcome was subtle but effective—smoother skin without looking frozen or overdone. Riz is an all rounder ie…good chat, funny, relatable and has an amazing technique at administering my Botox. Checked back in today and again really nice and knowledgeable clinician. The clinic is modern and glamorous, the receptionist was attentive and welcoming. My treatment went well and I even benefited from their Black Friday offer which wasn't on my radar but the receptionist reminded me of it! Having just moved back to Glasgow from London i am delighted that this Clinic is still there - i visited it in its original location about 16 tears ago! I can see why its grown, they offer a great menu of treatments at reasonable rates with a 5 🌟 service. I will definitely be back and I will request Louise. Show less »
