Went to the clinic for the first time for laser treatment, and Ann-Marie was so lovely and very professional. Explained everything very thoroughly to me and put me at ease . Going back in a few weeks. Very happy with my treatment can see instance results which is great 😊

While my initial experience was a bit disappointing, I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Stella and her team's response. Their commitment to customer service and communication really shone through. Dr. Stella personally reached out to explain their booking process and implemented changes to ensure no one else has a similar experience. I especially appreciated her honesty and integrity; she advised me against a more expensive, full-face treatment and recommended a less costly half-face treatment that was better suited for my goals. I have been attending the clinic now a few months and I cannot fault it in any way. Dr Stella gives great advice on procedures and the results are amazing. I have used a few places over the years but I honestly would not go anywhere else now. I have also been having IPL treatments from Annmarie and again i am able to wear far less makeup because of the improvements to my skin and complexion. I would highly recommend Skin and Face to anyone who’s thinking about procedures as all the staff are fab very friendly and welcoming. Show less »

Fantastic experience. Anne Marie booked me in at short notice - due to an upcoming holiday & my disorganisation. So friendly and I was exceptionally happy with the very professional treatment and the results! Top marks all round!

Anne Marie was brilliant, explained everything and I even got a message the next day asking if my skin was ok.
