I had been searching for the right person to trust with my face for a long time, as I only feel comfortable having Botox/filler treatments done by professional doctors. I was so happy when I found Iryna. Today I had my second treatment with her, and I cannot emphasize enough how professional she is. I truly believe only MD's have the proper knowledge of facial anatomy, and that’s why I feel so safe in her hands.

Iryna also has an incredible aesthetic eye, which is really hard to find. She is welcoming, easy to talk to, and always takes the time to explain the procedure in detail. The clinic is spotless and ultra-clean.

2026 just started and I already made one of the best decisions of the year by starting treatments here. I started with a free consultation with Dr Ravinder who is so insightful and patient, and we worked out a plan for 11s and masseter Botox, 1ml under-eye filler, and 3 under-eye polynucleotides sessions.

Dr Ravinder completed the Botox treatments on the spot, and she was super gentle, and the process was painless and meticulous. She recommended Suzanne to me for the under-eye therapies and reception quickly arranged for me to meet with her within 2 days.

Suzanne is another masterful clinician, very experienced, professional and fun. It was my first time getting under-eye filler and I was a little nervous but I was taken care of very well and the process was once again over before I knew it and the results were just perfect. I’ve also had my first under-eye polynucleotides sessions and I am also extremely happy with both the procedure and the aftermath.

Both clinicians I have worked with so far have been nothing short of great and I’m really looking forward to continuing these and other therapies here. The reception staff is also really lovely and accommodating and the clinic itself is spotless and comfortable.

In terms of pricing, it is very reasonable considering the quality of materials, the reputation of this treatment centre, its ideal city centre location and the experience of the clinicians. Several payment plans are available as well.

Finally the search for a clinic that is using high quality injectables with an expert practitioner has been realised. I’ve been using Botox for about 18 years and was always happy to have my injections right here in Birmingham, that is until about ten years ago when I began to find myself continually disappointed by the results. I went from clinic to clinic trying to recapture the results I’d come to expect in years gone by, but sadly the results continued to disappoint. When I discussed this at my follow up appointment, I was often told things I believed not to be accurate such as “ Botox is less effective as you get older “ or “ it’s because you are over using Botox “, a simple search on google will tell you that the excuses I was given as to why my treatment was disappointing was not accurate. In the end if I wanted an effective treatment, I would have to travel to Manchester or London, it would appear that Botox still worked outside of the Midlands. The good news is, all this was until I discovered Dermoperfection. I can’t tell you how happy I was to stumble across this Clinic when I was with a few friends at the Mailbox. I decided to give it a try and I couldn’t be happier that I did. The results are always great, I am no longer disappointed and I no longer have to travel to Manchester or London to get the high quality results I want.
