What I love most is how natural it looks — it’s not overdone at all, just a healthier, more youthful glow. The whole experience has been professional and reassuring from start to finish, which made me feel completely comfortable.

I just wanted to take a minute to write a review about Lumen skin clinic in Sevenoaks following my recent treatment.
Iwona is a skilled and knowledgeable nurse practitioner who put me at ease through her professional manner and attention to detail. She took a detailed and relevant medical history, ensured i understood what the treatment would involve, the results I might expect and she provided me with sound aftercare advice.
I am now 2 weeks post treatment with Profhilo and am delighted with the results, several people have made flattering comments about how I look, so a job well done I'd say!!

I have booked Dr Shiv for all three appointments and highly recommend, she is very professional and knowledgeable, whilst also super friendly and makes you feel at ease throughout. I visited the Banhidy Clinic today and honestly from start to finish it was the most wonderful experience. I visited the Banhidy Clinic today and honestly from start to finish it was the most wonderful experience.

I had Norbert as my injector for Profhilo on my face and I have never been made to feel more at ease to get a treatment before. Norbert made me feel so comfortable, he was incredibly informative, made the injections feel like a walk in the park with very minimal pain, explained the procedure and after care thoroughly and checked in on me regularly to see if I was okay and if I needed anything.

The clinic itself is located in the heart of Pall Mall, it was easy to find on maps, just a short walk from the tube and in prime location. Also a great spot of sightseeing on your journey into the clinic.

From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted with a warm smile and walked down to the waiting room, it was so gorgeous in there and spotless throughout…so clean you could eat off the floor! I was offered a refreshment before we started, and the room was the perfect temperature for such a hot day. Making me perfectly comfortable for my treatment.

I cannot recommend the Banhidy Clinic, and especially Norbert & Francis enough! Whether you’re travelling into London or live here already I can hand on heart say it was worth the visit and worth travelling from all over just to have the delightful experience they offer. Also their communication through social media was so professional and made me excited to come and check out what they’re all about.

Thank you very much, I am so looking forward to seeing my glowing results and of course for my next treatment. I am going to be posting, tagging and sharing my before and after pictures and videos via instagram so that you can see for yourself how fabulous the results are.

Kate generally recommends more natural looking treatments, and has fantastic knowledge regarding skincare too. She always takes the time to discuss any of my skincare concerns during each appointment - to recommend further treatments or discuss options. Dr Yiannis is absolutely lovely. I really appreciated the hour long consultation as it gave me ample time to ask questions and he went through all the different treatment options with me. He’s great at explaining everything and shows you loads of pictures: it’s like having a super knowledgeable friend. We agreed on Profhilo and anti-wrinkle injections as I wanted to look less worried and grumpy and more glowy. I am really thrilled. I think I look just like myself but after an expensive facial and 8 hours sleep! Last year, I had anti wrinkle injections with a doctor that lots of celebs go to; it was fine but the whole thing felt rushed (20 minute appointment for consultation and treatment) and the result just wasn’t as natural or balanced. Dr Yiannis is a great listener and takes into account the results you would like, as well as being skilled with facial anatomy. If (like I was) you are nervous or on the fence about whether to get anything done, he is friendly and non-judgemental, and there was no pressure to have any treatment at all. Even during Covid and after having moved to a different country, I still come back to FC for my treatments. Anita is great at suggesting new products / procedures but balancing that with your own personal health / beauty / wellness goals - I've never felt oversold to or pressured into something I'm not sure about.
