Kelsey, R-Marni, and Louise are incredible – genuinely the best experience I’ve had at any clinic.

A few weeks ago, I decided to continue my personal glow-up journey and booked a Botox consultation. From the moment I made the appointment, the service was seamless. I received a WhatsApp message with clear directions to the clinic (it's easy to find, but the entrance isn't where you'd expect coming from Canary Wharf) and confirmation that free customer parking was available.

The clinic itself is stunning. You can tell immediately that everything is high quality and thoughtfully designed. I had my consultation with Kelsey, and I felt completely at ease from the start. She's knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We did a full digital skin analysis, discussed my routine and goals, and talked through what I wanted to achieve with Botox. The process was quick, professional, and reassuring – and I appreciated the small touch of the stress toys too.

Kelsey walked me through the dos and don'ts clearly, and we booked in a 14-day follow-up. As a lovely surprise, I was gifted an express HydraFacial by R-Marni – the perfect Friday treat to end the week. My follow-up with Kelsey was just as smooth and friendly as the first visit.

Beautiful, clean clinic and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident, especially as this is the first time I’ve been seriously considering some of the treatments we discussed.
She has a great deal of experience, and that really shows in how thoughtfully she approaches skincare and treatment planning. I never felt rushed, she took her time and made the consultation feel personalised rather than sales-driven.
The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and very calming, which added to the overall experience. I’ve been looking for the right person to trust with my skincare journey for quite some time, and Kelsey definitely made me feel at ease and confident about moving forward.

I’m really looking forward to following her recommendations, both for my skincare routine and for future treatments at the clinic. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert, honest, and professional skincare advice.
