The unassuming ground floor entrance hides a modern, spacious first floor reception area and treatment rooms. Artemis is a lovely clinic. I’ve used them many years ago for facial aesthetics and was very pleased. This time I saw Dr Fraser about a wart on my arm which over the counter treatment hadn’t worked. He was a very pleasant man who checked my health history thoroughly and explained how his treatment worked etc. The treatment had worked and now it has almost go... Show more »

I visited Artemis Clinic yesterday to have a lump on my back assessed and removed, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

I had previously been to a clinic on Harley Street, which unfortunately left me feeling quite unsettled. In complete contrast, from the moment I walked into Artemis Clinic, I felt immediately at ease. The clinic is spotless, and the reception team were warm, welcoming and friendly from the start.

I had my consultation with Dr Keith Fraser, who was knowledgeable, kind, and proactive from the outset. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely reassured.

The entire team were fantastic, and I was even able to secure an appointment later that same day following my consultation. I’m now back home resting comfortably after having my lipoma removed.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Artemis Clinic to anyone; a truly professional and caring service from start to finish Show less »

Feel conflicted about rating this clinic 3 or 4 stars. I came here a few months ago for Botox based on the good reviews, but afterwards realised that vast majority of the 5 star reviews are for massages and there's little feedback on Botox. My own experience: went in for what I thought would be an initial consult, but there was gentle pressure to just get the Botox injections done on the same day, straight away. This caught me by surprise, as I thought the correct and appropriate way about it is to offer the client time to consider after the initial consult and to return on a separate day for treatment. But this being my first Botox experience, and not knowing what to really expect and also thinking I'm guided by a doctor, I went with the flow. MASSIVE regret. They injected too much Botox, resulting in a droopy eye appearance ("ptosis") where my eyes looked really uneven for about 6 weeks (with one eyelid noticeably drooping over my eye) and impacted my vision to the point where driving was a bit of an issue. The risk of ptosis was not raised during the consult at all. If I'd known, I'd have delayed the treatment as I had a driving test soon after. Went to a GP straight away and had ptosis diagnosis confirmed.

After raising the matter with the clinic, they kindly offered a full refund. I do appreciate the clinic director's quick follow up on the issue and I hope that they can reflect on their practices and not apply pressure, even if gentle, on clients. Show less »
