He immediately made me feel comfortable; he is very knowledgeable and it was actually really interesting to learn all about my skin and see the problem areas whilst having everything explained to me in a way that I could understand. Aaron was extremely patient and answered any questions I had in detail. I didn’t at all feel like he was trying to sell me something or get me to spend loads of money with him; you can tell he really cares about his clients and only wants to offer what is actually needed. I went back for a Polynucleotide treatment and again had a 10/10 experience - Aaron took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. The treatment itself was very quick and nowhere near as painful as I expected, again Aaron made me feel so comfortable and little touches like the music and the stress balls made the whole experience really great. I am a 62 year old man who wanted to freshen up their face, but had never had any treatments before and had no idea of what to expect. I did some local enquiries and research and found Aaron who practises in my area. I liked what I read about him , plucked up the courage and booked an appointment. Aaron is a true professional and put me at ease almost immediately. I had deep permanent frown lines between my brows and horizontal forehead lines that made me look tired. Aaron spent time with me to really get to know what I wanted from any treatment, he was not pushy or insistent on anything and I really appreciated this. Aaron was able to put together a tailored treatment plan for a 62 year old male face focusing on softening the lines rather than freezing them completely. The process was fast and relatively painless. A few weeks later, the results are fantastic—I look refreshed, and the lines are significantly softened, but I still look like me. The tired angry' look is gone, and I feel more confident. I am now going forward to have fillers such is my confidence in Aaron abilities and experience. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly — what the peel would feel like, what to expect afterward, and how to care for my skin during recovery. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. It never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered.

During the treatment, he kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel really cared for. You can tell he genuinely wants the best results for his clients.

I visited Aaron for a consultation and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. He provided such an ethical and holistic consultation and explained everything in incredible detail. I initially mentioned that I felt I needed filler, but instead of just going ahead, Aaron took the time to explain that it wasn’t needed right now. He advised that we first focus on repairing and preparing my skin in a safe way, and then we can look at other treatments in the future.
He is extremely knowledgeable and used a skin analysis machine, which was amazing and really helped me understand what was going on with my skin. You could tell he is a true perfectionist and genuinely cares about doing what’s best for his patients, rather than just giving them what they ask for.
The clinic itself was beautiful. As soon as you walk in, it feels so homely and smells incredible. Aaron made me feel completely comfortable, like I had known him for years. He went into so much detail about my skin and educated me throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated.
I also loved the thoughtful little touches, like the free tinted moisturiser tester he gave me after I explained my concerns about foundation settling into my pores. It was such a kind gesture and really showed how attentive he is.

This is the first time I’ve had a chemical peel and the whole experience from start to finish was superb - I couldn’t fault Aaron in any way. Professionalism throughout, clearly outlined any potential risks, what to expect after the treatment and how to do my daily facial routine.

The treatment experience itself was amazing, a mixture of comfort, pleasure and relaxation, with a slight tingle (expected). I noticed the results instantly and it’s now been a few days since the peel, and my skin has never looked better! I’d highly recommend and it definitely won’t be my last peel.
