Buckle in, I’m about to give a review that sounds so glorious it’s almost sounds fake, but it’s really REALLY not. I found Lumin online as it was convenient where I live in Sevenoaks. I’ve had A LOT of Botox, fillers and skincare in the last 8 years. A lot. But Iwona today was the best experience I’ve ever had. She took an hour to talk to me about what my skin needed. She didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need, in fact she advised against things I thought I wanted. I’ve never felt so informed or so in control and already my skin feels so much better. Iwona is an absolute professional and such a friendly person to work with. She treated a mark on my face that I had for years, and I’m amazed by the results! Absolutely thrilled with my experience! Iwona’s knowledge, skills, and ability to truly understand her patients’ needs are super impressive. She gave me expert advice on the best approach to address my concerns about aging, including explaining potential side effects of the treatments I initially wanted which I’m so appreciative of!!

I just wanted to take a minute to write a review about Lumen skin clinic in Sevenoaks following my recent treatment.
Iwona is a skilled and knowledgeable nurse practitioner who put me at ease through her professional manner and attention to detail. She took a detailed and relevant medical history, ensured i understood what the treatment would involve, the results I might expect and she provided me with sound aftercare advice.
I am now 2 weeks post treatment with Profhilo and am delighted with the results, several people have made flattering comments about how I look, so a job well done I'd say!!
