Hayley was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience really welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was comfortable and everything was explained really clearly. I’m so excited to continue my sessions and see the final results.

Persona is a highly recommended clinic for various treatments which are carried out in a professional manner.
Dr Lisa makes you feel at ease, is very knowledgeable in her field, and very friendly. She explains the process thoroughly and makes you feel relaxed and reassured.
The reception staff are very polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I am 66 and was looking older close up, hating most of my photos after Ill health over the last few years I wanted to post my own photos, not messed about ones.
My face is asymmetrical (different sides) so there will be differences.I wanted the jowls lifted and my cheeks fuller, I knew that PDO THREADS DO NOT WORK they may do for a short time but a waste of money.
I really wanted a surgical face lift but my health stopped that so this was /is my only option. After a lot of research. Please do your own. It's not painless but not painful more a little uncomfortable for a couple of days
Most of the swelling has now gone pretty quickly, yes again early days and only time can answer if the results will last the 3 to 5 years I'm hoping for 2+ but for now I am really happy
I can only add that the whole experience and the staff are/were really good. I will be back for other treatments.

For years I had struggled with a keloid on my shoulder, and I understand they can be very difficult to remove so I thought Harley Street dermatologists would be the best to go to. After spending a ridiculous amount of money on treatments that never worked, I thought I would try my luck with a local dermatologist. If I’m being honest, I didn’t have very high expectations at first as I had felt let down in the past but Lisa was absolutely amazing. She really listened to me during the consultation and throughout the procedure she was so professional. The removal was successful and I can’t recommend Persona enough! Show less »

Amazing from start to finish...from the consultation to the procedure! I had a small facial cyst removed and Dr Lisa made the whole experience a breeze. The whole team are extremely professional and Dr Lisa took away any anxious feelings I had. The procedure was quick and painless. I'm so pleased with the end result just wish I had done it sooner!

I had a lovely experience with Lucy for my 1st session of polynucleotide, which was suggested as a procedure on my consultation. Everything was explained all along and Lucy made me feel comfortable during the treatment.
Highly recommend Persona, the place is clean, well kept and they offer a wide array of cosmetic treatments.

Charlie welcomed me for my first appointment with a friendly smile and a cup of coffee while I waited for Dr Lisa who is lovely. She explained everything in detail, was totally professional and reassured me throughout my procedure. I would certainly recommend PERSONA to my friends to look at the range of treatments available.

I’ve been going to Persona to use the Tesla chair for sometime now and the staff are always Friendly and polite and I’m seen straight away. My only criticism would be the privacy of using the chair which is situated where people walk up and down for appointments. They need more screens so the area is totally private. The procured was painless and the recovery was amazing, slight bruising and swelling which is to be expected. Had my stitches out with Dr Lisa 7 days later, again totally painless. Professional treatment for the removal of keratosis by Dr Lisa. I’m really pleased with the results and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. The cost is very reasonable too. I highly recommend this clinic.

Its tough to rate Persona more highly. Everything from start to finish was supremely professional and caring.

Lisa was an absolute angel and performed the work incredibly skilfully. I know it wasn't easy work and everything she did was executed perfectly and with skill and understanding.

They proactively followed up with me when there was no need to do so and someone even dropped off medication to my house personally with no charge.

I couldn't really ask for more and I would strongly recommend Persona and Lisa. Show less »

Looking at their website, I saw a video of Dr Lisa removing a cyst, which gave me the confidence to contact them. I’m so glad I did!

Today was the day I had it removed, and I highly recommend this practice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and Dr Lisa made me feel at ease and very friendly. The procedure was quick, and they even made me a cup of tea while I rested for a while before leaving.

Thank you to Persona’s entire team and Dr Lisa for making me feel so comfortable and removing my cyst. Show less »
