I was looking for a place to do laser hair removal and was referred to this branch by a friend. I managed to get a great deal for a 10-session package and have already noticed good progress. So far, I’ve completed three sessions and still have a few more to go.

In terms of the clinic itself, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are friendly, approachable, and provided me with all the important information I needed to know both before and during my treatments.

Recently, Jessica carried out my hair removal session, and I was really pleased with her professionalism, customer service, and the reassurance she gave me throughout the process. I’ve had similarly positive experiences with the rest of the team as well. They’ve also been incredibly helpful with scheduling, making it easy to book appointments at times that suit me.

I definitely recommend this branch to anyone considering laser hair removal. Their excellent aftercare and supportive staff make the whole process smooth and comfortable. Show less »

I had such a wonderful experience at Therapy Clinic Laser Removal today. My original appointment was scheduled for next week, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it. I decided to stop by the clinic to see if they could possibly fit me into their busy schedule.

At reception, I was warmly greeted by Jessica, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, kind, and genuinely tried her best to accommodate me. She spoke with the technician, Maria, and to my surprise, they were able to fit me in on the same day without any wait.

Maria, the technician, was fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely professional, kind, and patient. She explained everything thoroughly, took her time with the procedure, and never once made me feel rushed. The treatment itself was excellent, and afterward, she carefully went through all the aftercare instructions with me.

The whole experience left me very happy, and I even asked Jessica to book all my future appointments with Maria, as I was so impressed with her service. While I’ve always had good experiences at this clinic, today was especially outstanding.

I have just had my final session and am so pleased at the results! The treatment is quick and pretty painless and compared to monthly waxing, it is cheaper and far more effective without the horrible period of growth in between waxing. Sometimes, they do run a little bit late and I have had to wait for my appointment but this happens in all salons as obviously, working with the public can be unpredictable!
