The beautiful Kyra did my treatment. I’ve had a few sessions here with different Ladies. The Ladies are pleasant and welcoming.

Kyra took her time with my treatment without rushing me. She asked all the right questions.

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but, I love the feel of my face now. My facial hair grows far in between now.

Fantastic team at lakeside.

Thank you!🙏🏽 Show less »

I wouldn't necessarily recommend the clinic itself, but I would highly recommend Aggie.

I've been having laser treatments with Thérapie Clinic for around 18 months, and throughout that time my experience has varied significantly depending on which practitioner I saw. Some staff are very thorough, take the time to properly assess and treat the area, and make you feel comfortable, while others seem more rushed. The inconsistency in service has been frustrating at times, and I had even considered requesting a refund of my deposit because I wasn't satisfied with the overall experience.

However, my appointments with Aggie have been completely different. She has been professional, caring, thorough, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a client. She pays attention to detail and provides the level of care and service I had hoped to receive from the beginning. In all my time with Thérapie Clinic, this has by far been the best experience I've had.

I would also like to see more consistency in appointment management. There have been occasions where I've been asked to wait 10-20 minutes past my appointment time, which I understand can happen in a busy clinic. However, it would be nice if the same flexibility could sometimes be extended to clients who arrive a few minutes late, rather than being turned away.

Overall, Aggie has completely changed my perception of my treatment experience, and I sincerely hope Thérapie Clinic recognises what an asset she is to the team. Show less »

The practitioner was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. Everything was explained clearly, including the process and aftercare, which made me feel completely confident and comfortable. ⭐ 1/5 – Poor Results & Complaint Handling

I paid for 10 laser hair removal sessions and saw no improvement. After 7 sessions in 2023, I raised a formal complaint because there were no visible results. Despite being told at my patch test that my skin tone and hair type should achieve around 80% reduction, I have more hair now than when I started.

Only one session (with Kiera) felt professional and properly carried out.

My complaint was poorly handled for almost two years. It was only after involving the Citizens Advice Bureau that the clinic became more responsive — and even then, they are refusing a refund or price reduction.

Very disappointing experience. Show less »

I visited therapist clinic in Lakeside on Saturday 29th November, all that I can say is from the start namely walking in the door right up to the finish, having a facial my treatment was sublime.
I was initially greeted by D. She listened to my skin concerns after having a skin analysis she respectfully guided me through the benefits of using sunscreen. She was transparent and highly informative. I appreciated that I was not forced into purchasing their products.
A bespoke skin treatment plan was provided based on what had been observed.
I felt that D epitomised the archetypal behaviour and characteristics of an excellent customer service. Also a big thank you to Katie who carried out my facial. Great place and amazing experience. Show less »

In terms of the clinic itself, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are friendly, approachable, and provided me with all the important information I needed to know both before and during my treatments.

Recently, Jessica carried out my hair removal session, and I was really pleased with her professionalism, customer service, and the reassurance she gave me throughout the process. I’ve had similarly positive experiences with the rest of the team as well. They’ve also been incredibly helpful with scheduling, making it easy to book appointments at times that suit me.

I definitely recommend this branch to anyone considering laser hair removal. Their excellent aftercare and supportive staff make the whole process smooth and comfortable. Show less »

I had such a wonderful experience at Therapy Clinic Laser Removal today. My original appointment was scheduled for next week, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it. I decided to stop by the clinic to see if they could possibly fit me into their busy schedule.

At reception, I was warmly greeted by Jessica, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, kind, and genuinely tried her best to accommodate me. She spoke with the technician, Maria, and to my surprise, they were able to fit me in on the same day without any wait.

Maria, the technician, was fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely professional, kind, and patient. She explained everything thoroughly, took her time with the procedure, and never once made me feel rushed. The treatment itself was excellent, and afterward, she carefully went through all the aftercare instructions with me.

The whole experience left me very happy, and I even asked Jessica to book all my future appointments with Maria, as I was so impressed with her service. While I’ve always had good experiences at this clinic, today was especially outstanding.

I highly recommend Therapy Clinic Laser Removal at Lakeside to anyone considering laser hair removal or any services they provide. The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and accommodating—it truly makes all the difference.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because words can hardly do justice to how incredible Aggie is. From the very first time I met her, I immediately felt at ease. She is the definition of professionalism combined with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. Laser hair removal can sometimes feel intimidating, but Aggie has this natural gift of making the entire experience so comfortable and even enjoyable.

What stands out the most is not just her skill—though she is truly talented at what she does—but the way she approaches her work with such patience, gentleness, and compassion. She always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable and asks if I’m in any pain. It’s never just about getting the job done for her; it’s about making sure I feel safe, respected, and cared for every step of the way. That kind of attentiveness is rare and so appreciated.

Aggie handles everything with the utmost precision and care, as if she’s treating someone she truly values—and that’s exactly how she makes me feel. Beyond her professionalism, though, is her beautiful soul. She’s soft-spoken, kind-hearted, and radiates positivity. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about the people she’s helping.

Every appointment with Aggie feels less like a “treatment” and more like being cared for by someone who truly has your best interests at heart. She has an incredible talent not only in her craft but also in the way she connects with people. I leave every session not only feeling confident in the results but also grateful that I get to be treated by someone so special.

Aggie isn’t just amazing at laser hair removal—she’s an amazing person. Professional, skilled, patient, compassionate, and filled with love for what she does. I couldn’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you with the highest level of care while delivering outstanding results, Aggie is absolutely the one. Show less »
