I've had a few different therapists over my five treatments for laser hair removal at therapie clinic now, and everyone one has been amazing at their treatments. My first treatment here was with Jessica and she made me feel really comfortable as I was apprehensive about the experience. And my last treatment has been with Kyra Ann who was incredibly attentive and meticulous with the treatment areas. I had my lip filler done at Therapie Clinic Lakeside and couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. From start to finish, everything was handled with absolute professionalism. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the team instantly put me at ease.

The practitioner was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. Everything was explained clearly, including the process and aftercare, which made me feel completely confident and comfortable. The treatment itself was gentle and precise, and I felt very well looked after throughout.

My results are exactly what I hoped for — natural, balanced, and perfectly suited to my face. My lips look fuller and more defined without being overdone, and I’ve received so many compliments.

⭐ 1/5 – Poor Results & Complaint Handling

I paid for 10 laser hair removal sessions and saw no improvement. After 7 sessions in 2023, I raised a formal complaint because there were no visible results. Despite being told at my patch test that my skin tone and hair type should achieve around 80% reduction, I have more hair now than when I started.

Only one session (with Kiera) felt professional and properly carried out.

My complaint was poorly handled for almost two years. It was only after involving the Citizens Advice Bureau that the clinic became more responsive — and even then, they are refusing a refund or price reduction.

I visited therapist clinic in Lakeside on Saturday 29th November, all that I can say is from the start namely walking in the door right up to the finish, having a facial my treatment was sublime.
I was initially greeted by D. She listened to my skin concerns after having a skin analysis she respectfully guided me through the benefits of using sunscreen. She was transparent and highly informative. I appreciated that I was not forced into purchasing their products.
A bespoke skin treatment plan was provided based on what had been observed.
I felt that D epitomised the archetypal behaviour and characteristics of an excellent customer service. Also a big thank you to Katie who carried out my facial. Great place and amazing experience. Show less »

Choosing to travel to the Lakeside clinic has been the best decision I’ve made. Jessica has made me feel so comfortable and you can tell she really cares about taking her time and doing a good job. In terms of the clinic itself, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are friendly, approachable, and provided me with all the important information I needed to know both before and during my treatments.

Recently, Jessica carried out my hair removal session, and I was really pleased with her professionalism, customer service, and the reassurance she gave me throughout the process. I’ve had similarly positive experiences with the rest of the team as well. They’ve also been incredibly helpful with scheduling, making it easy to book appointments at times that suit me.

At reception, I was warmly greeted by Jessica, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, kind, and genuinely tried her best to accommodate me. She spoke with the technician, Maria, and to my surprise, they were able to fit me in on the same day without any wait.

Maria, the technician, was fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely professional, kind, and patient. She explained everything thoroughly, took her time with the procedure, and never once made me feel rushed. The treatment itself was excellent, and afterward, she carefully went through all the aftercare instructions with me.

The whole experience left me very happy, and I even asked Jessica to book all my future appointments with Maria, as I was so impressed with her service. While I’ve always had good experiences at this clinic, today was especially outstanding.

I have just had my final session and am so pleased at the results! The treatment is quick and pretty painless and compared to monthly waxing, it is cheaper and far more effective without the horrible period of growth in between waxing.
