I have been going to Andrea for several years now after having negative experiences elsewhere beforehand. This clinic is immaculate and very welcoming with wonderful clinic staff who always make you welcome and comfortable. Andrea always takes the time to talk to you about treatments and expectations before carrying out treatments and is honestly so gentle. My botox and lips never hurt when I'm getting them done and I'm always given immediate aftercare advice to follow no matter the treatment or how many times I've had it done before. Follow up appointments are just as welcoming and thorough as the initial treatment appointment and I always leave feeling refreshed, amazing and looking forward to my next visit. I was greeted by lovely lady on reception he was very friendly. I was very quickly signed in and asked to wait around the corner for my treatment. We dissolved my lips as they had been over filled by another aesthetician and now they are amazing and a much better shape.
My mum has also been to Alice after never having had anything done before and came away so happy with her results and felt so comfortable with the treatment done by Alice.
Everything that’s done is with so much professionalism whilst also feeling like your with a friend.
