I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years. After going through a lot of orthodontic work in the 90s, I was extremely reluctant and anxious about going back. However, a broken and discoloured front tooth forced me to make an enquiry with Wallasey Village Dental Practice—and I am so incredibly glad I did.
The atmosphere at the practice is super chill and friendly. What stood out to me the most was that there was absolutely no judgement from anyone about how long it had been since my last visit. The whole team is genuinely excellent.
Jo gave me the absolute best advice and carefully laid out my treatment plan so I knew exactly what to expect. The part I was most nervous about was needing a root canal, but Jon took care of it and made the entire procedure an absolute breeze!
Over the course of several visits and a lot of high-quality work, they gave me my regular smile back. The communication was absolutely flawless; I was kept informed the whole way through with helpful texts, emails, and calls to remind me of my appointments.
I’ve just had my hygiene visit and am now set up on Denplan. For the first time, I am genuinely looking forward to my regular check-ups to keep on top of their amazing work. I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Show less »

From the moment I had my first consultation with Tom until receipt of my denture, I was treated with respect and greeted with warm smiles by Tom and every member of staff I encountered. From the moment I had my first consultation with Tom until receipt of my denture, I was treated with respect and greeted with warm smiles by Tom and every member of staff I encountered. I had been so very unhappy with the partial upper dentures provided by my own dentist, which were ill-fitting and presented a lopsided appearance on smiling. I have walked away with a new denture that is functional, no need for fixodent, and I can now smile with confidence. I have today discussed the possibility of a cosmetic procedure and was given detailed pros and cons and was given an example of the possible results and price of the treatment. First time going in a number of years, and from the start your greeted by the friendly receptionist, filled out my form and then was met by Dr Lawrence Nolan, who talked me through the processes, let me know we could stop at any time, and eased any anxieties I had! I returned several times to the practice and had different procedures done which led to my old veneers being removed and new ones fitted. I am happy with the result of my new smile as its very natural looking.
The practice is super modern, the staff were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I also had a time frame that i would like my teeth to be done by and the practice were very accommodating with this.I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Show less »

We are all very happy to travel from the far side of Chester and North Wales for the excellent care they offer. They always go the extra mile to accommodate us and fit us in for our appointments together.
The practice itself is really lovely, very modern and comfortable. The staff are always so friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble.
You are made to feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door.
