The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain every step, making me feel completely at ease. My Spark aligners were comfortable to wear, and the treatment was well planned, giving me a beautifully straight smile. The whitening brightened my teeth perfectly, and the composite edge bonding and contouring was the finishing touch that made everything look so natural. The whole team are amazing. Would highly recommend. Show less »

Been at this dentist many years, service and support is first class. Tom is very good, very reassuring and friendly. Kerry and the reception team are excellent, very helpful. The dental nurses and hygienist are very good too. They all help keep me calm.

Had a crown fitted this month. John and the dental nurses made the whole experience very relaxing. Fully explained everything that was going to be done. Been with the WVDP for nearly two years now and always feel very welcome. For a nervous patient this has helped me to build my confidence.

I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years. After going through a lot of orthodontic work in the 90s, I was extremely reluctant and anxious about going back. However, a broken and discoloured front tooth forced me to make an enquiry with Wallasey Village Dental Practice—and I am so incredibly glad I did.
The atmosphere at the practice is super chill and friendly. What stood out to me the most was that there was absolutely no judgement from anyone about how long it had been since my last visit. The whole team is genuinely excellent.
Jo gave me the absolute best advice and carefully laid out my treatment plan so I knew exactly what to expect. The part I was most nervous about was needing a root canal, but Jon took care of it and made the entire procedure an absolute breeze!
Over the course of several visits and a lot of high-quality work, they gave me my regular smile back. The communication was absolutely flawless; I was kept informed the whole way through with helpful texts, emails, and calls to remind me of my appointments.
I’ve just had my hygiene visit and am now set up on Denplan. For the first time, I am genuinely looking forward to my regular check-ups to keep on top of their amazing work. I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Show less »

Haven't been to see a dental hygienist for ages, I'm glad I went today though the hygienist was caring and took her time to explain what she was doing. The dental practice is staffed by friendly people who are both polite and caring, the practice is very clean and I would recommend without hesitation. It's a full five star and one happy patient.

From the moment I had my first consultation with Tom until receipt of my denture, I was treated with respect and greeted with warm smiles by Tom and every member of staff I encountered. I had been so very unhappy with the partial upper dentures provided by my own dentist, which were ill-fitting and presented a lopsided appearance on smiling. I have walked away with a new denture that is functional, no need for fixodent, and I can now smile with confidence. Thank you, Tom, for being so personable and delivering such a professional and excellent service. Show less »

I recently had some dental work done by the lovely Jo and her team.
Everything was explained in detail at my consultation and clear instructions were given about my teeth whitening at home kit.
I returned several times to the practice and had different procedures done which led to my old veneers being removed and new ones fitted. I am happy with the result of my new smile as its very natural looking.
The practice is super modern, the staff were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I also had a time frame that i would like my teeth to be done by and the practice were very accommodating with this.I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Show less »
