I’ve suffered with sensitive teeth and gums for years, even after receiving treatment at other dental practices, so I was understandably a little apprehensive going into periodontal treatment. However, my experience with Smileworks Dentist was fantastic from start to finish — from booking my appointment right through to completing the treatment.

Kal was absolutely brilliant. He reassured me from the very beginning and continued to do so throughout the entire process. He carefully talked me through every step and showed incredible patience with the barrage of questions I asked, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was completely painless, and thanks to his assistant Jo’s wonderful singing voice, I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time — sorry Kal, but Jo definitely has the better singing voice!

For the first time in years, my teeth and gums feel amazing — no sensitivity, no swelling, and no bleeding. I’m so pleased with the results that I’ve signed up for a dental membership plan at the practice.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Kal and Jo to family and friends. An outstanding experience all round. Show less »

My paid consultation here was thorough and the dentist I saw was excellent kind, detailed, and reassuring. I genuinely appreciated her time and manner, especially as an anxious patient. She complimented me on the care of my teeth.

However, my experience with the administrative side of this private practice after the consultation was horrible. I wanted to join via a private payment plan and had been told prior by Reception it was straightforward if I started early. At my consultation, I was told I needed to be “fit to join” before enrolling. Later, a call from reception was rude, condescending, and blame-oriented. She repeatedly suggested that I had misunderstood the process, even though I had been told previously that “the sooner you start on the plan, the better.” She also stated that no one on the team would ever give contradictory information implying I was lying. When I asked how many deep clean sessions I would need @ 150 per session, I was told 4 or 5 which felt more like a push to make money rather than genuine patient care.

I decided not to join not because of the dentist, who was excellent, but because of the way the payment plan and administration were handled. I left my previous private practice after eighteen years only because it moved, so this was not an easy decision. I don’t expect to join a practice where treatment admin staff are rude, dismissive, and condescending this clearly wasn’t going to work for me. Show less »

Eduardo and Steph were absolutely incredible - I attended as my fixed retainer seemed to be bent, and Eduardo was incredible throughout the whole process. He talked me through what the options were and I felt extremely reassured by him! In the end we ended up placing a new retainer and I felt safe in his hands and Steph’s! I recently got my bonding done at Smileworks by Emma Hindle who has been brilliant. Very knowledgeable, professional, a perfectionist and friendly. I would strongly recommend Emma if you're looking for a dentist. Also, all the staff at Smileworks are very friendly and accommodating, so there's a nice feel factor to the place. Highly recommend.

I have been a Smileworks customer for almost 10 years now. My recent visit was with the amazing Emma, who did composite bonding for me. Emma and her assistant Andreea made me feel relaxed, and I had no pain or discomfort. In just two hours, I had my perfect smile. I thoroughly enjoyed my consultation as a new patient today with Emma and Sav who took great care of me. Having had a couple of years out of minding my dental health, it was empowering to be included in the detailed conversation about the current state of my teeth and gums, with photos and xrays of my teeth displayed alongside other visuals used to help me understand what is going on! It felt great to be able to engage throughout this consultation compared to other practices I've used in the past where equipment felt dated and staff were not as informative and supportive. The practice looked clean and well equipped.

Furthermore, it was nice to hear that I have good teeth visually, and incredibly beneficial to see that my current issues lie below the gums - something I wouldn't be aware of at home without my own radiology lab! I'm looking forward to starting treatment to conserve my teethies for another couple of decades!

A huge thanks to the reception team who are a delight. Mushika and Rach were welcoming and attentive, and very helpful in booking me in and arranging finances for my future visits.

I'm so happy to be flying with Smileworks!

smileworks is an excellent practice with excellent staff. dr kader aka jk is a consummate professional and an extremely skilled dentist. i have felt in safe hands through a long and sometimes arduous set of treatments entirely thanks to him. the other clinicians and front of house staff have also been top notch start to finish.

Khal, Jo & Stef have been absolutely amazing!
I had to get a cleaning done and a lot of fillings, it was so much work but they made me feel so comfortable and always made sure I was feeling okay.
Ive always had bad experiences with the dentist and it made me quite scared of going but now I don't dread it anymore ♡
Could not recommend more!

I love this place. They’re so accommodating and understanding. Eduardo and Ana made the Invisalign experience so easy and straightforward for me. Jay and Rach at reception were absolute stars, so sweet.

Also want to thank the head nurse Helen for being so lovely and welcoming. 100% recommend for anyone looking for any kind of dental treatment!

I am coming to the end of my treatment and can honestly say hand on heart this has been the best experience I've had when it comes to braces - I've had four in the past - due to other private dentists not being nearly as good or clued up as Eduardo. He is so wise and skilled in this field of work. You can tell he loves what he does because he is so attentive and really cares.

With his warm, welcoming, friendly and most of all gentle manner I always left my appointments feeling more confident that I was in the right and safe hands.

I am a short 8-9 weeks away from getting them off and I'm already happy with what I can see, I have finally got the perfect smile I've always wanted and after years of going elsewhere before Smileworks I will not trust anyone else.

Eduardo and the rest of the team that assisted, thank you so much for everything.
