I visited Dr MJ for dissolving and she really got rid of the last bits of my stubborn filler that i wanted to get rid of. She is so precise and does a full ultrasound and then shows you exactly where the filler is via the ultrasound screen and how long the filler pocket is. She then did a targeted, very precise dissolving, only on the areas where filler was present which was so skilled and precise. She also has such a great amount of knowledge and answered all my questions with honesty and expertise. Dr MJ is such a kind person who helps people everyday. Her admin/reception staff are also so friendly and kind and great at getting back to you when you have a medical question! I’m always nervous about calling clinic receptionists, as not every clinic has a kind voice on the other end. I wish more clinics were like this, as it makes your overall patient experience and journey so smooth and stress free. This makes me want to go back soon, for some skin treatment. Thank you. I had the procedure yesterday. From the moment I arrived, James at reception and the rest of the team were friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Dr MJ carried out the procedure with Nurse Jo assisting, and they were both professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely comfortable in their care.
