After my mum died, i received a bit of money. I was feeling very low so to pick myself up, I decided to try an Endolift.
This clinic was SUPPOSED to perform an Endolift treatment. They did not.
PAUL Effiong DID NOT perform the endolift as planned or as PROMISED.
The staff also recorded a video with a telephone. They took photographs too but I was told that I could not see these. They were not accessible......what a surprise!!
I was in excruciating pain and Paul Effiong also left some kind of knots stuck on the sides of my face. Paul Effiong told me not to touch those knots but my face was VERY VERY painful. (Im told that Endolift is pain-free)
Upon asking advice elsewhere about the swelling, pain and knots, I was told that threads had been inserted. I did not ask for threads. I had paid for full face Endolift.
INSTEAD Paul Effiong painfully 'ragged' my face telling me that I was doing really well. It was agony.
He assured me that these painful needles was just the anaesthetic. I knew that he was lying but I allowed him to continue. I wish I hadn't.
The anaesthetic injections, I have been told, should not have been painful as they are fine needles. These were not fine needles.
I have won my judgement in court and The clinic has countered and accused me of trying to get a free treatment. FREE TREATMENT??? What a joke.
YOU ARE A LIAR PAUL EFFIONG, SIMPLE AS.
You have tried to con me, been caught out and that is not good practise for A DOCTOR.
They have also accused me of doing this to OTHER CLINICS. Again this is a lie. Paul Effiong is lying as I HAVE NOT. I have only used 2 other clinics on my face and they have been great. NO COMPLAINTS.
BOLD STREET CLINIC have also reported me to the police.
Why do thieves and con men report people to police when they are caught out!!
They have lied about receiving my letters-plural, when I recorded the delivery. THEY WERE DELIVERED. 60a received them.
When people have been caught out in lies, they should OWN IT as this is not professional for a so called Doctor.
We can all make excuses. I have had bereavements myself and dont need his hassle.
He should return my money or I will see him in court.
I DO NOT TELL LIES.
THEY SHOULD HAVE THE VIDEO AND PHOTOS READY AS EVIDENCE AS I WILL NOT BACK DOWN TO LIARS!!!
YOU ARE MEANT TO BE A DOCTOR NOT A LIAR.
Just because of HIS title, it does not give doctors the right to steal people's money in a very mean and sly way.
NO WONDER I COULD NOT RECORD THE PROCEDURE MYSELF. IT WAS A CON!!!!
THIS GIVES DOCTORS A BAD NAME.

Been on the mounjaro journey, a few weeks ago I asked what the new prices would be. I was told they were staying the same in September and would increase in october, also stated on instagram page. Went on today to be told the prices went up on September 1st, I showed receptionist the message in which I was told prices were going up in oct and on website page, she said nothing she could do, as owner wasn't available. I sent a message stating this, didn't get a reply. And post stating this on instagram removed. Not very good customer service, changing the prices going back on on what was stated in private message and on instagram. Needless to say I wont be continuing with mounjaro from Bold street clinic. Terrible! I had an appointment at 12:30 for treatment only to be told when I arrived that my appointment was not in the diary and therefore the doctor was not in. The receptionist remembered me and remembered booking me in the previous week when I had had my consultation. Terrible! I had an appointment at 12:30 for treatment only to be told when I arrived that my appointment was not in the diary and therefore the doctor was not in. The receptionist remembered me and remembered booking me in the previous week when I had had my consultation. The doctor was also present at the time of the booking, in-fact he was the one who asked her to book me in at an earlier time than she originally offered.
She rang the doctor to inform him I had arrived and he said he would be over an hour! The receptionist explained that there was an ongoing problem with the booking system online which meant that they could not see who was booked in for that day. Surly if there was an ongoing issue the practice should refer to good old fashioned pen and paper? I took three hours off work to attend this appointment as I had to make my way to and from Liverpool city centre. That’s three hours I won’t be paid for! Plus I had to pay to get to town and back. The clinic should be ashamed. The doctor may think his clients time are not as important as his but I can assure you as paying customers our time is very valuable! Not even a phone call to apologise. Word of mouth is an essential part of advertising, if I was this doctor I would have done everything in my power to make amends but his arrogance shows. I will ensure that not only will I not be recommending this company but I will also go out if my way to make sure family and friends never have treatment here. Show less »

Dr Paul is highly skilled at what he does, it’s more of an art form than a procedure. I felt all my needs were taken into consideration and I felt confident I was in good professional hands. I can’t recommend Dr Paul enough. From booking my appointment to the end result, it’s was a great experience and I am thrilled with the result. Dr Paul is highly skilled at what he does, it’s more of an art form than a procedure. I felt all my needs were taken into consideration and I felt confident I was in good professional hands. Endolift is a groundbreaking treatment with no downtime and you see the results immediately. It will make you look exceptionally good for your age and even roll back afew years. What a lovely friendly atmosphere at the Bold Street Clinic.
Firstly, the reception staff made me feel like I’d known them all my life, they were so friendly welcoming and funny.
Then I met Dr Paul, who made me feel relaxed, calm, and confident to have my treatment.
I’m truly over the moon with the results.
Professionalism throughout my visit.

I have visited the clinic on a number of occasions and have been always greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, while attending the clinic on one occasion I had a consultation with Dr Paul regarding a previous lip filler procedure which had gone wrong (filler had migrated above my top lip line). Myself and Dr Paul discussed ways in which this could be corrected, Dr Paul was professional and confident that he could improve the shape of my lips and listening to his knowledge and viewing photographs of previous work on lip correction, I was confident I was in the right hands. When I came to clinic for my appointment for the lip correction, I felt at ease and was reassured throughout the whole process. I have never been happier with the end result, it has given me confidence to smile on photographs again and taught me to always research who you allow to put filler on your face. If you are considering any aesthetic work then Dr Paul is the person to do it, you will not be disappointed!! Show less »
