I am now 9 days post co2 fractional laser treatment.
I think i have recovered quite well, even though I am still quite red and have some inflammation all over my face. I am age 66 almost 67 with a low immune system, So maybe it will take me a bit longer to recover.
I did find the procedure a bit painful even though numbing cream was applied a few times.
All staff are very friendly and look after you whilst there. I was there quite a while as I think they were running behind time.
So far I am please with the outcome even though I am only 9 days.
However, only negative I have is the fact that I was not really given any details of aftercare.
I think you should be given some details of what to expect following the days, after the procedure. Also what is recommended to use post procedure ... Also what activities you cannot do. ie gym going out etc
I did buy a jar of cream at my patch test which was 3 weeks previously. Which was amazing. That lasted me the 7 days.

But I have had to google everything on line to, make sure i am still doing the right thing going forward.

Also I have had no mention of any follow up which I feel is important.
I was told. I would get a phone call a week later, but I have not.
I am almost 10 days.

I had a great experience last week at SK:N Liverpool. I had CO2 laser treatment for the removal of a patch of seborrheic keratosis in my hairline.
I arrived at the clinic to be met by Kate on reception who greeted us warmly and offered drinks to both myself and my husband.
Following this I was taken into the treatment room for the procedure with Miss Gill the cosmetic surgeon and Victoria the nurse.
I was completely put at ease by their reassuring words.
The most discomfort that I felt was from the numbing injection, but this was only momentarily.
Victoria asked me if I’d like to chat throughout the procedure to take my mind off it, which we did and the whole thing took no time at all. The communication about the whole procedure and subsequent aftercare was fantastic. I’ve since healed really well and had a follow up call to check.
I would absolutely recommend these two lovely ladies at the clinic. Show less »

I wanted to say a massive Thank you to Kate who has been providing me with hair lazer treatment through 2025. Kate is so lovely and made me feel really at ease whilst being very professional and giving me lots of support. The treatment has now ended with excellent results giving me more confidence for 2026. I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Kate during micro needling. She was very careful in her approach and thoroughly prepared my skin both before and after the treatment, this resulted in it being the most pain-free micro needling I’ve had. She spent a long time educating me about my skin and what is best to try and improve the condition. I then had a chat with Victoria after the treatment whilst booking my next appointment in and her knowledge was also invaluable. You can tell the staff actually care about your skin and aren’t there just to sell you products.

Highly highly recommend and I’ll most definitely return to this clinic. Show less »

I'm a client of Skin Clinic since almost 2 years ago ( Bold Street) now they moved to Exchange Station.
The location is clean, nice building, easy to find. Their services are always excellent. Victoria is an amazing, patience and friendly person, providing all the details needed before/after care making every appointment comfortable and safe.
I had many sessions of tattoo removal , all of them very well done and impeccable results.
My expectations are always exceeded.
