Jo and her team were very professional, made you feel very welcome.
Jo was great at giving me my cortisone injection in my shoulder, I was nervous at first before getting it, I had nothing to worry about, from my conciltation on the Friday to getting injection Monday, I was so fed up waiting on the NHS to receive it, I heard about promed and decided to go and pay myself it was the best money I spent and the pain has almost gone, she also recommend a osteopath which I have already booked.

All appointments are carefully thought out and planned accordingly to individual needs. Jo's professional experience in the medical field has gave her a huge amount of knowledge, this shines through in all of her skills.

I saw Jess at the clinic for phlebotomy services and managed to skip the NHS wait times by almost 3 weeks! Can’t recommend here enough. Had blood tests and results back within a week aswell as recommendations on treatment but with no pressure to proceed. Jess and Jo are so welcoming and accommodating and the clinic is immaculate. Very grateful for the speedy and informative service and looking forward to hopefully cracking on with some treatments with them!

I had an amazing treatment with Jo today! I was so nervous but she is amazing, immediately put me at ease and I knew I was in the right hands. Dead easy to find and easy to park too which makes it a much more pleasant experience when you’re a bit nervous!
