I’am a 48 year old female who has never had any type of aesthetic experience or treatments. The market place is saturated with aesthetic and beauty clinics who offer various treatments. I did my research and decided to have tear trough. It was a risk choosing the right clinic. I then spoke with Dr Fida. I had a free consultation and we discussed my concerns and he was honest and frank and suggested the best treatment for me going forward.

I had a devastating facial palsy's (twice) when younger; with the right side of my face completely collapsing which as you can imagine really affected my confidence. It did heal but was never 100 percent the same especially my right eye. As I got older, I thought I needed tear trough to correct my eye. However Dr Fida openly explained that I have lost the volume of fat pads on my cheeks, again especially on the right side causing my right eye to significantly droop :(

Choosing the right team and treatment from an experienced practitioner was crucial. If I had gone to an in-experienced practitioner and had tear trough this would have not been the correct procedure to correct my condition; wasting time and money. I think the results speak for themselves. Because of the success of my first treatment. I have now rebooked in for my second treatment on my nasal folds area which will hopefully complete my look. I have a new found confidence and I would of course definitely recommend this clinic. Isn’t it a great time to be alive in a world where aesthetics can produce such top tier great results?

I decided to have profhilo structura (which regenerates your fat pads, collagen and elastin) and the profhilo skin boosters. Honestly, I cannot believe how good my skin looks right now. I’m only on week two and can see a huge difference already. I can’t wait to see the final result. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone not wanting fillers. Profhilo structura is a gradual process so you need to be patient with it, but you will be amazed with the results. Stacy makes you feel very comfortable and she’s very honest! It was my first time having filler so I was a little nervous as I didn’t want to look “over done”

I explained my concerns to Paulina and my issue was with my lower face “jowls” due to weight-loss and ageing. My goal was to look slightly more lifted and I expressed I wanted a very natural look.

Paulina suggested around 4ml, which I was initially worried about as to me 4ml sounded like a lot, however I trusted her judgement as she assured me the result would be natural. Paulina placed the filler across my cheeks, chin, lips and smile lines.

Paulina was professional, confident and made me feel comfortable throughout.

I am so pleased that I went to a Doctor for this proceedure, as it was obvious he knew exactly what and more importantly why he was doing things. I had my fave botched up by another aesthetic practitioner and I went to see Charlotte and she is possibly the nicest kindest most down to earth person I've ever met in my life..... Firstly as she felt sorry for me and my face was a mess and full of lumps she did disssolver for free for me. Never in 10 years of getting aesthetic treatments have I known anyone to be so selfless and kind. Her words were"all I care about is that your happy ". If I could give this company a 6* I would!!!

Never makes you feel rushed and when your with her she never makes you feel like there's a hurry and she's so down to earth and just honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met.
That's only the start..... I've been having aethethics for years with multiple places and people. She is an insane injector! She opens all products in front of you. No Korean rubbish, no watering products down,no hiding anything. She used a cannula on my cheeks and jaw and I couldn't even feel it...... Wow!!!
The results I can't see yet as I'm a little swollen but from what I can see Im so annoyed with myself I didn't find her years ago. I'm a customer for life. She's about key beyond amazing and when you talk to her you can tell shes genuine and not just speaking to you because your a client and giving her money.
I just have no words that compare to how amazing Charlotte is. She's restored my confidence i lost to bad aesthetic practitioners and I honestly could cry st how happy I am with what she's done.
Super gorgeous clinic, immaculately clean, always in clean uniform. Gloves off and on constantly for hygiene. Makes you feel at ease and asks constantly during the treatment if your okay.
The Biggest comment I have here is that for once in 6 years I have had someone care about me and not just about the money. I was shocked when she text me a couple of hours later asking if I was okay and how my face was! Then gave me a list of helpful info to go forward for aftercare.
I honestly can't recommend Charlotte enough and I'm a customer for life. I can't wait to go back and have all kinds of facials etc

Cherelle was recommended to me by my partner’s mum (now I see why!). At my initial consultation, she really listened to my concerns and suggested a couple of options, including filler in my cheeks to soften smile lines and restore a little volume I’d lost after weight loss. I felt confident moving forward and she booked me in just a couple of days later.

From the start, Cherelle’s professionalism stood out. She took the time to let the numbing cream work properly (something I’d not experienced before) and as a result the injections were virtually painless. I do have a slight fear of needles and began feeling lightheaded/nauseous at the beginning but Cherelle quickly noticed and looked after me; she adjusted the chair, gave me some chocolate and water, and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. Small gestures like that made a huge difference and showed just how caring and attentive she is.

She also used little techniques to distract me during the injections, explained everything as she went along, and even spotted where I’d likely bruise before it happened, giving me aftercare advice straight away. Throughout the appointment, I felt very safe, at ease, and in very knowledgeable hands.
