I’ve had many wonderful experiences with my laser hair removal specialist Wesley! She’s always made me feel so comfortable right from the beginning. She’s always been very professional and attentive towards tailoring my journey and really cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her and the service I’ve received!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Yesterday, I went in for my half-face laser treatment. Normally, I book this online, but that option has been removed. Instead, I booked lip and chin, which showed a 10-minute appointment. My usual half-face treatment doesn’t even take 10 minutes to complete.

Initially, I was told they couldn’t do the half-face treatment. After I explained the situation, the technician eventually agreed to proceed with the half face. However, after the treatment was completed, I was informed that I would be charged for a full-face session—even though only half of my face was treated. The justification given was that it was “more cost-effective.” While I understand that point, it should have been clearly explained before the procedure. I was only informed at the payment stage. Had I known I would be charged for a full face, I would have used the service accordingly.

On top of that, the staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing. The manager appeared visibly displeased when I came to make the payment, seemingly because I had only done half face—even though the entire procedure took less than 10 minutes. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.

I travelled nearly an hour for this appointment, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced such behaviour here. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to others. Show less »

Can you please make sure Delia knows how much I loved my appointment with her. She explained every detail of the process to me, I felt so comfortable with her. My train was delayed, I’m so sorry about that but the team were so accommodating and I got to laser all areas I wanted. It was brilliant.

I’ve had a really great experience of Laser Hair Removal. In 6 sessions I really saw a difference. The service is really quick but on my last session I had to wait 20 minutes. But Farah really went above and beyond to help the situation. She’s a great practitioner with lots of attention to detail and was able to get me a free session to apologise. Thank you... Show more »

The staff where unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to ask questions, and it felt like they didn’t care about customer concerns at all. Communication was poor, and there was no effort to make the experience comfortable or professional. I expected much better treatment from a clinic offering these kinds of services. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place until they seriously improve their customer service standards especially there attitude towards people from cultural diversity. I had the best experience with Delia at Laser Clinics Manchester. I have received a half-treatment plan before, but came to Laser Clinics UK to finish it off, and the whole establishment is so much more professional, painless, and effective than my previous experience. Delia especially is so knowledgeable, polite, and makes me feel like I’m in great hands. Her professionalism and skill are some of the best I’ve seen. She is highly professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. The procedure was explained in detail, and she patiently answered all of my questions.

Her technique is gentle yet incredibly effective — I noticed visible results much faster than I expected. The clinic is spotless, modern, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. What I appreciate the most is her warm personality and the way she makes each appointment feel personal and tailored to my needs.

I went in for beard sculpting, and not only did they mess up the shape completely, but they also carelessly hit the laser on my head , something that should never happen in the first place. Instead of precision and care, I got negligence and damage. If you value your appearance and safety, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. There are plenty of clinics that treat their clients properly , this is definitely not one of them. Show less »
