This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Yesterday, I went in for my half-face laser treatment. Normally, I book this online, but that option has been removed. Instead, I booked lip and chin, which showed a 10-minute appointment. My usual half-face treatment doesn’t even take 10 minutes to complete.
Initially, I was told they couldn’t do the half-face treatment. After I explained the situation, the technician eventually agreed to proceed with the half face. However, after the treatment was completed, I was informed that I would be charged for a full-face session—even though only half of my face was treated. The justification given was that it was “more cost-effective.” While I understand that point, it should have been clearly explained before the procedure. I was only informed at the payment stage. Had I known I would be charged for a full face, I would have used the service accordingly.
On top of that, the staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing. The manager appeared visibly displeased when I came to make the payment, seemingly because I had only done half face—even though the entire procedure took less than 10 minutes. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.
I travelled nearly an hour for this appointment, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced such behaviour here. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to others.
