This whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Katie was super calming as it was my first time getting filler. She was super gentle and the whole experience was perfect. I’ve been to Megan a few times over the past couple of years and while she promotes a natural look, in my experience this often meant barely any product was used yet I was still charged the full price. On multiple occasions, I paid for a full treatment but was told she couldn’t use the remaining product to avoid it looking unnatural which eventually adds up. While that might sound professional, the reality was that the results were minimal and didn’t last which made the treatments feel poor value for money.

I reached out about a visible bump after my nose treatment and I found her response quite abrupt and dismissive which wasn’t reassuring when raising a genuine concern.

I’ve since gone elsewhere and had a much better experience, with results that have actually lasted over a year without needing constant top-ups.

This clinic may suit someone wanting extremely subtle changes, but for me, it felt like I was paying full price for very little product and short-lived results. Show less »

I have been going to Boss Babes for about a year for Botox treatments, and initially I had left a really positive review, however my experience has been increasingly worse.
Firstly, their booking assistant stopped replying to me, which was really unhelpful with trying to arrange or re-arrange a timeslot.
Then the clinician changed, and I consistently got bruises and swollen lumps on my face where the needle has been - I've never had this with other clinics I've been to, maybe the odd bruise that disappeared quickly, not large bruises that take weeks to disappear.
My final point is the about the quality of the product / treatment - for me the Botox never lasts as long as it is supposed to. After my last treatment I had a lot of movement back in my face after just one month. So I messaged the company and provided videos, asking if this amount of movement was normal and I just didn't get any response after an initial reply - no offer to review the treatment, just nothing. So unfortunately I will be looking for treatments elsewhere, which is a shame - the ladies are lovely and the clinic is nicely decorated, but I find the quality & care to inconsistent. Show less »

She said there’s absolutely no way I had 1ml of filler in my lips, she couldn’t feel a thing in there. After having 2 different lip filler experiences, there were huge differences. 1 being- the time I went elsewhere, I could slightly feel something going into my lips (the filler) 2 being, once they were done my lips were hard and you could tell they had something in them where at Boss Babes they just felt bruised and swollen. This leads me to believe they never even put any filler in my lips and the results I saw for the first few days were just my lips being swollen due to multiple injections. Show less »

Been going to boss babes for 2 years now for Botox, Megan has always been amazing. Recently went in to see Katie for the first time for Botox and 1ml Chin filler. Perfect results I'm so happy with it, far better than other other clinic I've been to in the past, these girls really know what they're doing.

I was really nervous about the pain before getting my lips done for the first time but Katie made me feel very comfortable and it was a great experience. But Katie honestly made me feel so much better. She took the time to explain everything clearly which really helped ease my mind. I’ve had a bad experience with my lips in the past here in Newcastle so I was extra cautious but Katie was amazing from start to finish. My nose looks so much better now and even my friend is planning to book in with her soon.

What an amazing experience! I came in for lip fillers and non-surgical rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful and has such a calming vibe.
