Was my 3rd time seeing Laura today but my first time having cheek fillers and first time botox. Wow Laura is just wonderful . She made me feel so comfortable and she is so professional. She gave me brilliant advice and made me feel at ease, I went for rosacea IPL and I was so embarrassed and anxious about how bad my skin was but she never once made me feel any negative type of way about myself . The space she is working from in stunning and very clean .You can tell she is passionate about what she is doing and also about the treatment of her clients . The process was really quick and she constantly checked if I was okay during the procedure .
I was so nervous attending my first appointment but now I can’t wait to go back .I’ve noticed a difference with my skin to , its almost a week later and my skin looks smoother and slightly less red which is more than what I was expecting as my rosacea is very prominent . Would absolutely recommend Laura at serene . Show less »

Prices are reasonable here and the salon is quiet and not overwhelming as a neurodivergent person. I had a course of HI EMS and came back for fat freezing. Laura is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely come back if I decide to get further treatments.

An absolutely must go to salon, it was my first time having laser for acne scars and I was really nervous. From my first visit Laura put me at ease and I felt relaxed and confident, as you can tell immediately that she really knows her stuff, the results have been amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my treatments now. The salon itself is spotless and feels very clean and luxurious, which always makes the whole experience even better.

I’ve had laser hair removal, laser resurfacing, the EMS machine, fat freeze and laser tattoo removal with her, and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results from every single treatment.

Laura is also very reasonably priced for the level of care, skill and results she provides. I can’t recommend her enough. Show less »

On my second session of undereye polynucleotides. On initial appointment Laura went through in detail what it involved and let me pick either needle or canula. I chose a needle and she works with precision. Had barely any swelling and very happy with results so far.

Highly recommended. I had fat freezing done,cryolipolosis, and laser treatment on my face. Love going to Laura, she's very professional and passionate in everything she does. It's lovely to go and be welcomed to a salon with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Can't thank her enough. xx

Laura is the best in the game (and I've been to a few). She's warm and friendly, but also knowledgeable and SUPER talented. I was very nervous about having lip filler but we worked together and got a amazing, natural result. I'll be coming to Laura to help me stay looking fresh, forever.
