Would not bother coming here if you are suffering with hair loss as a female.

I’d save your money and read this review. £230 for an initial consultation which took a maximum of 15 minutes. No in-depth scalp analysis was taken, you get better machines at a head spa which is laughable as they actually look at the follicle and the condition of your hair. A magnifier was used and that was it to look at the scalp for 30 seconds and that was it. I’d save your money as Dr Nicole’s recommendations were Spiro, PRP or a similar non-needle treatment. Go elsewhere Show less »

I’ve finished 4 Tricopat sessions over 3 months and have already seen a noticeable improvement in my thinning hair , it looks notably fuller and healthier. The treatment isn’t painful, just has a light tapping sensation that feels a bit unusual at first. Definitely worth trying if you’re dealing with hair thinning- worth exploring.

Writing this on behalf of my daughter. Would not bother coming here if you are suffering with hair loss as a female. A text was sent saying Dr Nicole was running late and proceeded to keep my daughter waiting 45 minutes despite the last client leaving 30 mins prior to her being taken in whilst Dr Nicole was chatting to the nurse beforehand who ended up taking notes during the apt. Speaking of the nurse, she was also bloody rude. Daughter smiled at her as she came out of her own consultation room and she got ignored and wasn’t greeted very warmly when Dr Nicole finally took her in. This made her feel uncomfortable

I have been coming to see Dr Nicole for some time now i had acne for many years and it was affecting my confidence so badly, after my first consultation I felt completely reassured by Dr Nicole and decided to start my treatment, I had Aviclear laser first then followed that with oral medication and I am honestly blown away by my AMAZING results!! My skin is clear and glowing and my confidence has increased so much I can go out without makeup and feel good about myself for the first time in over 20 years! All thanks to Dr Nicole and Lumiere Clinic. The clinic is beautiful with lots of free parking, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly I love catching up with Kirsty the clinic manager she's an absolute superstar and goes above and beyond for customers. Dr Nicole is the most welcoming and reassuring person who instantly makes you feel at ease, answering any questions and never makes you feel rushed she also is on hand by email if you have any concerns during your treatment which is amazing. I am so happy with my results and the customer service of this clinic that my daughter has started treatment here aswell and I reccomend Lumiere to anyone I speak to . I always look forward to my appointments because everyone makes you feel like your catching up with friends, genuinely so happy I found Dr Nicole and this amazing clinic ❤️ Show less »

I first came to Dr Nicole for my acne in June 2025. At the appointment Dr Nicole was incredibly professional and immediately recognised the cause and issued me Spiro. It has now been 2 months and I am seeing great results and my skin has been the best it has been in a long time! I also would like to thank Dr Nicole for her 3 in 1 moisturiser cream, it’s amazing! I have seen Dr Nicole on two separate occasions now for an issue that was personal to me and affected my confidence. She was very welcoming and comforting and helped me get to the root cause of my issue explaining it to me in simple terms that I could understand. I find her and eveyone at Lumiere easy to talk to and get along with and I would 100% recommend... Show more »
