This is my second review since my surgery in May this year. I wrote my first review the day after my procedure because I wanted to immediately express my gratitude to Dr Kian Tan and his wonderful team at Hale Private Hospital.

Having had a previous breast re-augmentation with another surgeon, I feel I'm in a good position to review both the results and the standard of care provided by Dr Kian Tan and his practice.

I first came across Dr Tan through a Google search, but it actually took me another 12 months before I booked a consultation. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

From my very first phone call through to my final post-operative review, I have received nothing short of first-class care. During my search for the right surgeon, I had consultations elsewhere and was either advised to leave my previous surgery alone or simply go bigger. Bigger wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a more natural look, but because of the complexities from my original surgery, I often felt I was placed in the "too difficult" category.
Then I met Dr Tan.

He listened carefully to everything I had to say, including my own thoughts and concerns. He was honest, reassuring, and I could immediately tell that he genuinely wanted to help me achieve the best possible outcome. Most importantly, he did exactly that.

I am now around 10 weeks post-op and I honestly couldn't be happier. Dr Tan has given me the most beautiful, natural-looking result—better than I ever imagined. His attention to detail and surgical skill are exceptional, and I finally feel completely confident in my appearance.

The entire team reflects Dr Tan's friendly, caring, and highly professional approach. Every member of staff made me feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout my journey. The whole experience has been outstanding, and I haven't stopped talking about it to family and friends.

If you're considering cosmetic surgery, I can't recommend Dr Kian Tan and his team highly enough. I would especially encourage you to speak with Jules, who is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive from the very beginning.
Choosing a surgeon is such an important decision, and I hope my experience gives reassurance to anyone who may be feeling unsure. I placed my trust in Dr Tan and his team, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The care, professionalism, and results have been truly exceptional. I recently underwent upper eyelid surgery with Dr Kain and from start to finish, the entire process was seamless.

The consultation was excellent—everything was explained clearly, realistic expectations were discussed, and I felt fully informed before making my decision. The booking process was equally smooth, and Jules was always available to answer any questions I had along the way.

I chose to have the procedure under general anaesthetic, which did increase the cost slightly, but it was the right choice for me and made the experience much more comfortable.

On the day of surgery, the clinic in Hale was wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring. It's not a busy clinic, which meant the team wasn't rushed and had plenty of time to focus on each patient. There were only two of us booked in that day, so the level of care felt very personal and reassuring.

The surgery itself went without any issues, and I felt well looked after throughout. Recovery has been far easier than I anticipated, with minimal bruising and swelling. Six days later, I had my stitches removed, and that appointment was just as straightforward and problem-free.

Overall, it has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The professionalism, communication, and level of care have been outstanding. I am already very pleased with the results and have noticed a significant improvement following my surgery. I recently visited Lumiere Clinic Cheshire for laser treatment with Dr Matt, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the upmarket building and pristine treatment rooms, which are equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art technology.
Dr Matt personally greeted me and made me feel welcome right away. He is an outstanding professional with an incredible breadth of knowledge. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly beforehand and kept me informed at every stage of the process.
