Laura was really attentive with me and answered all of my questions even when she was abroad! When I couldn’t use the product she uses for Botox, she offered to change the product to ensure I was comfortable with the treatment. Having never had Botox before I did a lot of research of where to go for my first time. The Aesthetic Company Liverpool had loads of brilliant reviews and comes highly recommended so it was a no brainer to choose here. Right from the moment I first reached out, Laura was so professional and friendly, I had a good few questions for her and even told her about my first time nerves and she was so understanding and caring. On the day of my treatment, she was clear with everything that will be done and put me complete at ease. I was greeted by lovely lady on reception he was very friendly. I was very quickly signed in and asked to wait around the corner for my treatment. Dr Paul was amazing! I was so scared having botox for the first time but he completely put me at ease, really thorough with his assessment and aftercare. I felt very well looked after with a Doctor carrying out the procedure. The girls were so welcoming and friendly too! Definitely be returning!
