The clinic in Liverpool is clean and welcoming, and easy to access on Rodney Street. Naz is lovely, and always takes time to listen to your concerns and offer honest advice. She’ll keep you looking natural, and I always feel in safe hands whenever I’m in her chair.

I’ve loved all of the treatments I’ve had with Naz, and will continue to go to her for my anti-wrinkle and other treatments in the future.

I highly recommend Naz if you’re looking for great but natural looking results from someone who knows what they are doing and who is also medically trained.

I’ve been going to Dr Naz for my Botox for over a year now and she’s absolutely amazing. She does it perfectly every time.

I had never had any work done prior to seeing Dr Naz as I was so nervous, but I took the plunge after following her for a couple of years and finding out someone I worked with had been to her previously. She made me feel so at ease and listened to exactly what I wanted, natural and youthful! I had so many compliments. She placed the filler in my lips and cheeks exactly where my face needed it. I asked about another concern I had and Dr Naz was honest with me and said the results would be so minimal that it wouldn’t be worth it, rather than just taking my money which I think speaks volumes! I’ve been back again for 2 sessions of polynucleotides (third session soon) and I’ve started using the skincare products she recommends. I don’t feel like I need to wear as much makeup anymore and people compliment my skin all of the time! Highly recommend anyone who is feeling anxious about anything to go to Dr Naz’s clinic or who just wants to have a more youthful, glowing face! :) Show less »

She is so kind and honest in her approach I really would not go to anyone else. The last treatment I had was along my jawline to help with definition. It was essentially pain free and it has made a real difference to my profile and my confidence. She is so knowledgeable I always ask her advice about what is the best option as I really want a natural look. She has never got it wrong in all the time I have been going. I had filler treatment with Dr. Naz in late September and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Shortly after the procedure, I developed persistent swelling and puffiness under my eyes that did not resolve despite following all aftercare advice. When I contacted Dr Naz with photos and concerns, I was told the swelling was normal and advised to do lymphatic drainage massages, which made no difference.

I later sought a second opinion from another medical practitioner who confirmed the issue was consistent with excess filler and/or poor placement technique. I ultimately had to have the filler dissolved elsewhere, which required multiple sessions and caused weeks of visible swelling, bruising, and distress. During my appointment with Dr Naz we started with 0.5ml in each cheek, I didn’t want more than that but Dr Naz suggested another 0.5ml in each cheek as I had swelling from the first injection. I was clearly unsure about this but I felt like she pushed to add more filler, despite acknowledging that it had already caused swelling.

Communication and aftercare were also very poor. When complications continued and it was clear that I needed the filler dissolving, Dr Naz was about to leave for a two-week holiday, making appropriate follow-up care impossible. After I raised my concerns and requested a refund, she blocked me on WhatsApp and has since ignored my request for a refund to cover the cost of getting the filler dissolved elsewhere despite the clear evidence of complications and the corrective treatment required.

Given the poor technique, lack of accountability, and dismissive approach to aftercare, I would not recommend this clinic for filler treatments. Show less »
