My name is Irene Fraser and I have suffered from Headaches/Migraines since my teenage years.
After reading that Botox injections is an approved treatment for blocking the pain signals to the head,face and neck and helping to reduce the frequency or severity, I decided to look for a specialist or a professional Doctor.
My first visit to GP Matters Clinic was in Ocotber 2021 and I have been attending Doctor McAlister roughly every 4 months since.
I would strongly recommend Botox treatment to anyone who suffers from Headaches, Migraine or Neck Pain, especially with the reassurance you are being treated by a skilled qualified Doctor, one who I trust implicitly with a beautiful personality.
I do not stay in Glasgow anymore and travel over 200 miles to attend my appointments with Doctor McAlister, I think that alone speaks volumes. Show less »

I was lucky enough to win a competition on Instagram to attend the clinic for treatment and from the get go the team were so helpful, professional and welcoming. I’ve had Botox before but it was my first time going to ERA, they were supper flexible with working me into their schedule as my work day usually finishes a bit later, they offered me an appointment in the evening which was greatly appreciated. I was given my treatment from Peter and I couldn’t fault him at all, we had a consultation prior to the treatment to discuss the procedure i was after and even from that consultation I knew u was in good hands!! On the day of he made me feel so at ease, took his time with the procedure I didn’t feel rushed at all, he was very honest with what he thought I would benefit from in terms of the area for Botox, he chatted away and made me feel so relaxed!! The clinic itself is super easy to get to, it’s lovely and absolutely spotless!! The team were also in contact in the weeks following my procedure to make sure I was happy with my results and my healing process was going as expected, over all my experience with ERA was 10/10 and I’ll definitely be back in the future for more treatments without a doubt!!
