Sarah took the time to listen to what I wanted, talk through my options, and assess me as an individual. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly. The results are exactly what I was hoping for – natural-looking, but still with a noticeable difference. Sarah also takes before & after photos, which was really reassuring and helped me see the results objectively. The clinic itself is lovely, and the reception staff are genuinely warm and friendly. Most recently, I visited just before my wedding when my skin had suddenly started breaking out. Dr Jaff was amazing—she took the time to talk me through what might be causing it, recommended products that would help, and explained exactly how to use them. She even went above and beyond by sending me a complexion clearing mask from her own personal supply, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture.
