I booked an appointment with this company on the 8th of September for today. At 12pm on the day of my appointment, I received a call telling me it had been cancelled, without any explanation given.
Initially, I was told they could fit me in tomorrow. This was frustrating enough as I had already arranged time off work, but I was then told they actually couldn’t see me until more than a week later. For a company of this size, I would expect that if they cancel with less than five hours notice, rebooking my appointment would be treated as a priority. That was not the case.
When I called to rebook the appointment, the person I spoke with knew I was a new client and that this was my first impression of the company. Yet, they made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I was told that I’d have to wait over a week. At that point, I asked them to cancel entirely. They agreed to do so immediately, but did not even mention refunding the money I had already paid. I had to request that myself, and was then told it could take up to 28 working days.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer care was shocking. Cancelling on a new client at the last minute, offering no real solution, and failing to proactively refund money is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend booking with this company.
