I cannot recommend Nadia enough! She made my experience with Botox and skin boosters so easy and comfortable from the very beginning. I’ve gone back for a couple of skin booster top-ups now and absolutely love the results every time.

Initially, I was hesitant about getting Botox because of the stigma — I didn’t want that “frozen” look. But Nadia completely changed my perception. I had deep lines between my eyebrows (probably from squinting all the time and not wearing sunglasses), and in the summer they’d even leave tan lines. I’ve had them for years, but after just one Botox session, they were gone. The best part is that I can still move my eyebrows and show expression — you’d never even know I had Botox!

An unexpected bonus is how much better my makeup sits now with the combination of Botox and skin boosters. My skin looks smoother and more refreshed. I also have another skin booster appointment coming up and I’m genuinely excited — every session is super quick and totally stress-free.

Miss Dermal gave me a ‘Non Surgical Rhinoplasty’ to fix a small bump I had in the bridge of my nose. It looks perfect! The procedure was painless, my practitioner was very welcoming and explained everything to me as clear as possible. I would recommend as the professionalism is exquisite here. Both are GP qualified, passionate about self care and aesthetics, and very calming (great for anyone with a slight fear of needles!) - they're also competitively priced. I was initially interested in facial botox and filler. I met with Andrew and Andy for a face to face consultation, and this was promptly followed up by a written recommendation (based on their knowledge and factors we had discussed). I just want to say a big thank you to Andrew and Andy. I’ve been to quite a few places over the years for Botox and other treatments, but this experience genuinely felt different.

They took their time, asked the right questions, and showed real interest in what was bothering me and why I’d come in. It didn’t feel rushed at all or like I was just being moved through quickly. The advice felt honest and practical... including when not to do certain treatments. For example, they talked me through jaw filler but advised waiting until my weight loss is more stable, and suggested skincare I could use at home to treat other problem areas i'd raised. That kind of honesty is rare and really reassuring. And you're also getting treatment from two GPs as well who have that more well-rounded view.

In the end, for my first treatment I went ahead with Botox. But unlike other people I’ve seen they actually explained exactly what product they were using and why they use it, with a clear focus on men’s faces. The whole appointment was calm, thorough, and comfortable, and i'm so happy, the results have been the best I’ve had.
