Fabulous experience from entry to exit. Geri was extremely reassuring as I was nervous. Made me feel relaxed and was very good at her job. The receptionist Natalie was friendly and warm. I had filler and botox. Very satisfied with results. Will be back.

As a trans person whose run the gauntlet of both NHS and private care I can whole heartedly support this place for your laser hair removal. The nurses actually have qualifications while many other locations only have beauticians with training in in laser. If there are any concerns they are eager to help or answer questions. Wonderful, friendly staff. Clean, modern equipment very efficient and considerate service (I had laser hair removal on the face).

Even provide a nice drink first!

Skin Medical have treated me exceptionally well for my course of laser hair removal. The whole team are a delight and the technicians are both incredibly professional while also welcoming and friendly. Cannot recommend enough for anyone looking into LHR, bonus points for the free coffee after each session!!

Visited today for multiple treatments and was warmly welcomed into the clinic. The environment was relaxing, professional, and clean. I began with tattoo removal on my lower arm, and throughout the process, the practitioner made me feel completely at ease. I was well-informed about aftercare and given helpful advice on future treatment plans.

I then had microdermabrasion followed by a moisture mask. I left the clinic feeling refreshed and absolutely over the moon with how my skin looks and feels. As I suffer with rosacea I was really happy with how it evened my skin and tackled any texture I had. Show less »

Nice, friendly and professional staff who do an excellent job. The difference facial laser hair removal has made for me is astounding and I couldn't be happier with the results from Skin Medical. When I've had to reschedule an appointment there has been absolutely no fuss, and overall I have no complaints and highly recommend!
