I’ve been having a range of facial aesthetic treatments with Emma for nearly two years now. Initially I had Botox for fine lines on my forehead and crows feet which I continue to regularly have. Emma also suggested trying some filler to, in her words ‘put back was originally there’. The results have always been subtle, not at all ‘fake’ looking. I get lots of compliments from people saying I look fresh which is exactly what I want, to look fresh and as youthful as I feel. I cannot recommend highly enough. Show less »

I can’t recommend the team at Efface enough, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Both Michelle and Gabi are extremely thorough and take the time to listen to your concerns and wants, crafting a plan that meets your needs. I’ve been seeing Michelle on and off for a decade, but, as I live in London, there have been times I’ve had to go elsewhere for treatments if my dates can’t align for her London Clinic. And I’ve paid a lot of money on some of those occasions. Absolute waste of my time: once you’ve had Michelle, there simply is no-one out there who can do a better job. Her trained eye is extraordinary; she sees every contour of your face in minute detail and, combined with her extensive knowledge of all of the latest - and proven - products, is able to recommend exactly what you as an individual need. There is no “one size fits all” with Michelle; she an analyses your personal needs and always listens to what you want before making her recommendations. She always delivers. And injects with such precision (and gentleness) that the results are extraordinary - subtly and exquisitely enhanced to perfection! Her expertise in making you look the best version of yourself is, in my experience, unparalleled. I have had multiple treatments with Michelle over the years (including face and neck botox, profhilo, lip fillers, facial contour fillers, hydration fillers and most recently, polynucleotides - which are unbelievable!) She is never pushy, never tries to coerce you into paying for a treatment you do not need (in fact, the opposite), and, most importantly, makes me look and feel a million dollars! And at the most competitive prices I can find anywhere, too. Her husband Gabs is also a remarkable professional. They really listen, take their time with you, and they really care. They are a formidable team and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I can honestly say that I am so glad that I began coming to Anna when I did. I was previously going to a clinic in Droitwich run by two doctors. I had been going there for a couple of years and can honestly say that I became unhappy and disappointed with the treatments. I can honestly say that I am so glad that I began coming to Anna when I did. I was previously going to a clinic in Droitwich run by two doctors. I had been going there for a couple of years and can honestly say that I became unhappy and disappointed with the treatments. The aftercare after a bad reaction to Morpheus was poor but also I felt like the administrating of Botox was lacking. They didn’t mark me up and it felt more rushed. The final straw was recognising tear trough filler had made me look worse. Anna has rectified all of this and I’m finally feeling so happy with the results. I trust her implicitly, her and her team put you at ease and ensure you understand everything. If she thinks you don’t need something she will say and perhaps suggest a better alternative. I wanted to look rested, fresher but still me. She’s given me that and more. Thank you so very much for all your caring. I have been going to see Ana for the last 4 years. She really is the best and I have recommended many people as she is truly brilliant at what she does! From regular Botox not just to get rid of my wrinkles but also snatch face in every place possible

I’ve also had fillers in my cheeks and tear trough which she’s is absolutely perfect at!

She is the queen of lips and mine look perfect even without makeup

I’ve recently had my eyes fox threaded and this I adore!

She will tell you exactly what you need but always be fair and realistic

I also have a tendency to get very nervous but she is such a beautiful human being inside and out that I feel so comfortable with her

I don’t even live in Birmingham anymore but the 1.5 hour drive is totally worth it
