I’ve also had such a great experience with the laser treatment itself and have seen amazing results. The difference has been noticeable after every session, and my confidence has grown so much because of it. Raluca always explains everything clearly, checks in throughout the treatment, and makes sure I’m comfortable the entire time.

She takes so much time and care to make sure everything is done properly and never makes you feel rushed. She explains everything clearly, checks in throughout the session, and genuinely cares about getting the best possible results for her clients.

The laser itself is incredible too — so effective, quick, and way more comfortable than I expected. I’ve had amazing results already after the first session, and that’s definitely thanks to both the quality of the laser and Reluca’s skill, attention to detail, and care.

The clinic is professional, and the staff are extremely attentive.

Extremely disappointing experience from manager!

I have been a loyal client since this place first opened (Manju’s time) and in over 5 years I have never had an issue until now. The manager at the front desk, Caitlin, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

Instead of listening to my concerns, she spoke over me and blamed me for not following protocols, which is absolutely untrue. Everything I followed was clearly explained by my therapist. She showed zero empathy, lacked basic customer service skills, and seemed uninterested in helping or resolving anything. It honestly felt like talking to a wall.

What made this even worse was overhearing her gossiping about other staff members while I was waiting. This is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for clients to witness.

All the other staff have always been knowledgeable, kind, and supportive, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Loyal clients should never be treated this way. Show less »

Bhavika truly gave me confidence that I can achieve beautiful, healthy skin again. Her reassurance and professionalism made a huge difference, especially after struggling with my skin for so long. Today, I’m starting my treatment with her, and I’m both excited and hopeful for great results.

She also recommended a proper skincare routine to follow before and after the procedure, and assured me that she’ll support me with anything I need along the way. I genuinely feel grateful that I found this clinic, and I’m very positive about my journey and results.

Have had a really bad experience where they push skincare onto you you do not need, then when I ask to return unopened, not even out of the bag it came in less than 72 hours later, only then do they tell you the skincare cannot be refunded. Have had a really bad experience where they push skincare onto you you do not need, then when I ask to return unopened, not even out of the bag it came in less than 72 hours later, only then do they tell you the skincare cannot be refunded. I was pressured into spending £118 pounds I did not need, and at no point do they inform you about their refund policy for skincare products from the start of treatments (treatments they do specify).even during my treatment last Sunday, the therapist was asking if I want the rest of my neck area doing in future. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I didn't think there was any issues with other areas other than what I'm being treated for. It felt very pushy to get more non refundable sales.

When speaking to the manager, they also informed it was a no refund policy, but they will be speaking to the therapist who will be available in the next couple of days before deciding whether to allow a refund. Either you do refunds or you don't?

I have two treatment left, and seriously considering trying to get money back for my last two treatments (probably won't refund based on this experience)

UPDATE: no, treatments left outstanding will not be refunded no matter the experience or circumstances. Not much of a suprise there, although skincare was left out of that in the initial consultation, or at any point thereafter.

This whole situation has left me feeling exploited and uncomfortable to go back. They are in a position of trust when people come for these treatments, we take advise believing it to be accurate, and being sold things based on pressure or what they make you believe to be accurate advise is unethical at best.

I don't normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews, and ill say Lauren who I've had previously for the first two treatments before the current therapist was lovely, but this experience has left me wanting to get my last two treatments and never come back. Show less »
