I am SO pleased with my results! Natalie was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. I’ve been having Botox for some years however the results I’ve had with Natalie are the best I’ve had.

I am so pleased with the experience i’ve had with natalie, she is so welcoming and makes you feel very supported with your skin journey. I had deep scarring and after 3 skin-pen sessions i have noticed a huge difference. I would highly recommend.

I wanted to say how professional and friendly Natalie has been the two times I have been there. You can not fault her practice and knowledge. I will be using her from now on when needed as she is such a lovely person and the location in Kinver is perfect for me.

Natalie is truly the best. Been having Botox for 5 years and hers is the best I’ve ever had - she asked if I’d like it frozen or more natural, I chose natural and she’s done an amazing job. The fact she’s a trained derm nurse really shows (esp compared to your usual ‘aesthetic specialist’). She is so knowledgeable and really cares - she’s also a skincare genius, I wish I’d come to her when I was struggling with acne years ago!

Also should note she’s not pushy at all: I wanted polynucleotides under my eyes but she immediately advised against it given I travel a lot and wouldn’t be able to commit to a short course to get good results. Shows she’s not all about the money.

Natalie is amazing at what she does. I had Botox in 3 areas after noticing my frown lines more since losing weight. It’s so subtle, natural looking and there’s no pushy selling or anything like that. I feel like me but better! Will definitely be back for my top ups x

Before I went to Natalie, I didn’t really know what skincare products to use. During my consultation, she asked me what I wanted to achieve and how I wanted my skin to look. She recommended some products, but I didn’t feel pressured to buy any of them. The products arrived within a few days, and I started my routine.

Within a week, I noticed my skin no longer looked or felt dull, and I actually enjoyed using the products. After a month, I had my next consultation, and we discussed adding one more product to my routine. Natalie has been amazing and knows all the background science behind her products. I’m looking forward to seeing how the new product works with my skin.
