I had been debating Botox for a number of years, and after lots of research I decided to book a consultation with Nicky. The consultation process gave me the opportunity to talk through all of my concerns, and it was clear from the start that achieving natural-looking results was also paramount to Nicky.

I also received some really helpful skincare advice (including the importance of daily SPF) but there was absolutely no hard sell of products, which I really appreciated.

On the day of my Botox appointment I was feeling quite anxious, but Nicky was wonderful at putting me at ease. The procedure itself was simple, and within a few days I had the most amazing results. My 11 lines had completely gone, my crow’s feet were significantly reduced, but I still had full movement in my face, which was exactly what I wanted. The treatment also gave a lovely lift to my eyes.

I’m also a regular blood donor, so it was really important to me that I could continue donating after treatment. As Nicky is a registered nurse, I was able to continue donating blood and successfully did so just three weeks after my procedure.

It was also great to see my before and after photos during my follow-up appointment. I’m so pleased with both the experience and the results that I have already recommended Nicky to friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue recommending her. Show less »

The clinic is very professional and maintains a clean, sanitary environment, which immediately put her at ease. Nicky, who carried out the treatment, was fantastic—knowledgeable, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. She also took before-and-after photos so my mom could really see the improvement, which was great.

It’s now been 6 weeks since the initial appointment, and at the follow-up, Nicky confirmed that no further treatment is needed. She really appreciated her honesty and not recommending anything unnecessary.

Nicky is amazing at what she does. She is calm, understanding, and really listens to all of your concerns. Nicky focuses totally on you as a person not as a problem aiming to understand what you want help with and what procedures are suitable and realistic. She very thoroughly checks & cross checks treatment choices taking lots of photos & measurements & explaining everything as she goes. Feeling fed up and looking for a long-term solution, I found Nicky, who carried out an informative skin analysis and created a tailored treatment plan for me.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the prescribed Obagi skincare routine. Having tried countless different products over the years, nothing compares to how these products make my skin feel. After recently having a chemical peel with Nicky, my skin is currently in the peeling stage; however, I am already seeing so much improvement and, for the first time genuinely positive about its progress. This comes after years of confusion and significant expense on mixed advice and online product recommendations.

I was initially rather selfishly tempted to keep Nicky to myself, but she is far too much of a credit to the industry not to share. She is a passionate, knowledgeable, and reassuring professional, taking the time to educate you and fully understand your goals. I feel completely confident that my skin is in the best hands.

I have also had 0.7ml of lip filler following years of consideration, as I wanted to ensure I found the right practitioner first, whilst also being nervous of the discomfort. Knowing my trust was well placed in Nicky immediately put me at ease. It’s safe to say feeling like you’re dribbling due to numbing was the hardest part :)). The following morning, I experienced no bruising whatsoever and am extremely happy with the results: a subtle, natural-looking enhancement exactly as I had hoped for.
I am truly grateful to Nicky for both her expertise and the confidence she gives.

She’s been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process - so understanding, supportive, and genuinely caring. From the very start, she explained everything clearly, helping me understand what the journey would involve, including the ups and downs that can come with clearing acne.

What’s made the biggest difference is how knowledgeable and reassuring she’s been every step of the way. Nicky didn’t just treat my skin, she educated me about it, which made me feel completely confident in the process and how to keep my acne under control going forward.

The results speak for themselves. My skin has completely transformed, and I feel like a new person; so much more confident and genuinely happier. Never thought I’d see the day that I could go outside without a full face of makeup on!
