The attention to detail both in her setup and the communication leading up to the appointment are second to none. She did exactly what I wanted for the shape of my lips, I had heard from friends previously it can be quite painful, but I think Anna must be quite gentle as I didn't find it painful at all. She was quick at replying to a question I had a few days after the treatment. Overall, just such an amazing experience for my first aesthetic treatment. Would give more stars if possible.
