I've seen a few therapist here during my treatment, Amalfi did the most and was excellent she was thorough, very professional and friendly. I've seen a few therapist here during my treatment, Amalfi did the most and was excellent she was thorough, very professional and friendly. I saw Natalie today for top up who was very efficient and it was a nice quick treatment, also friendly and professional. The reception team are also very helpful and welcoming.
From my experience its good to be aware that the whole course can last over a year (10 sessions every 6 weeks) and as you need to be free of fake tan that can be tricky with certain events and appointments. It can be a little uncomfortable towards the end but I never found it unbearable, though everyone is different. Few hairs still remain especially blonde ones so just be aware of this and you will need top ups. I have found Therapie in Guildford a welcoming place and the treatment has been good on the whole, some ladies did not move my kegs physically and just bent over, I did feel there was a chance bits were being missed then hence I stuck with Amalfi as she was thorough. He ensured the procedure was comfortable and stress-free. There has been no bruising at all, just a tiny bit of redness immediately after, which quickly faded. I followed the guidelines advised with my diet and exercise, but honestly for those stubborn pockets of fat, it’s a game changer. I spent months researching Botox providers as I was super nervous about trying it. So glad I finally came across Dr Ali, who is amazing. Not only is he chatty and lovely and puts me at ease, but more importantly he’s an extremely skilled practitioner- I’m always delighted with the results. Would recommend to anyone.

I notified them on the next session and they didn’t do anything and continued to laser me over the burn and they were extremely painful. New customer. Botox and filler. Ewelina took a real interest in what i wanted, nothing rushed and very easy to talk to. Im very happy with the results and have no concerns returning for my next lot. Customer service is great, the environment is clean and calm. Front desk staff are lovely too. A great all round experience. 😁

Absolutely lovely people, super kind and I felt very comfortable with my first service today. The process was super quick and definitely wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. Lucy was my technician and she was absolutely lovely as well. Thank you! I’m excited for my future appointments :)

Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating.
I have had two treatments done cool sculpting and laser.
I was told in great detail what to expect when having these treatments and felt extremely relaxed when they were performed.
I definitely recommend coming to the therapie clinic if you are interested in any of the services they offer.

Natalia and Page here are brilliant. I’ve been having laser hair removal (I’m a guy) on my back and it’s been working perfectly, booked a course and come back for my treatments as per the schedule! Would highly recommend Therapie not only for laser hair? But all treatments!

The girls are so friendly. They are also super accommodating - even though I was 10 mins late for my appointment, one of the girls had five mins spare to finish everything after my appointment time had come to an end. Highly recommend! Thanks

I wasn’t fully satisfied with the staff member who carried out my second and third treatments. The sessions were done very quickly, and I don’t feel the treatment was performed thoroughly.

However, the therapist who did my first session was excellent, and I was really happy with her work.

Overall, the staff are very nice and friendly.

Been attending the Thérapie clinic now for the past 4 sessions receiving laser. It’s always a great experience and the ladies are always very thorough. Seeing good results so far and through regular sessions and proper aftercare looking forward to the results. Thank you Amalfi for today’s session 🙏

I've been seeing Dr Alistair Olive for my Botox treatments and couldn’t be happier. He’s incredibly professional, always puts me at ease, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The results are consistently brilliant – natural and exactly what I’m after. Plus, he's so friendly and welcoming, which really makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

I've been a loyal customer and long term client. This review isn't about the treat and staff at any of the branchs it's to do with a refund and a case closed from the customer service especially the individual who was reviewing my case. Which they refuse to give me my money back. Which my reasonable reason for a refund is because I'm moving out of the UK and will not be returning I've called and notified them in advanced. Which took me to talk to Rommel at Customer Solutions who bluntly refused my clear valid reason. Which I'm expressing how I feel and want to clear warning to anyone that they will not provide a refund no matter what circumstance you have or have has occurred in your life. For this I will never recommend to purchase their service as they are not helpful and or consistent.

In summary stay away as no matter what your circumstances is they will refuse and will not provide any assistance. If nothing happens I will post the email that I disclose with their customer service individual.

UPDATE - they responded with the same individual if Rommel who has no empathy or care. Which still refusing to refund my money back for a service I physically cannot be at. I'm going to be seeking citizens advice and legal advice to ensure I get my money back as this is a total joke Show less »

I visited the clinic today for my 6th laser hair removal session and received a fantastic experience from Amalfy.
She was extremely friendly, made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough, ensuring that no area was not uncovered.
After 6 sessions my hair is now growing back much slower and I have patches where hair isn't growing at all anymore. The staff also make you feel very comfortable and I'd definitely recommend the Therapie Clinic to anyone considering laser treatment. Show less »

Amalfy and Katie were very friendly and reassuring.
Amalfy made my bikini laser treatment which is always a stress, an easier experience. She's very professional, someone that you can trust. Katie is very warm and reassuring, very professional and knowledgeable. I felt I'm in good hands, highly recommended practitioner.
