I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this clinic.
My fiancée used their laser hair removal service and followed all of their instructions carefully. She also paid in full upfront, trusting the results advertised on their website, which state that clients can expect at least an 80% reduction in hair growth after completing the recommended course of treatment.
Unfortunately, this was not her experience.
After completing the treatments, she saw almost zero results , essentially no improvement at all. When she raised this issue, even the clinic manager agreed that the outcome was not good and offered three additional sessions. However, even after those extra sessions, there was still no noticeable change.
Communication was also very poor throughout the process. She constantly had to chase them for responses, which made the experience even more frustrating. Visiting the clinic became a stressful and disappointing experience each time.
Eventually, she decided to go elsewhere, and within just 2–3 sessions at another clinic, she started seeing clear results immediately, which only confirmed how ineffective the original treatment had been.
When she requested a refund because the treatment had fallen far short of the results advertised, they refused. This was extremely disappointing and, in our experience, not the level of customer service we expected.
Please be very careful if you are considering this clinic. Read their policies carefully and make sure you fully understand their terms before committing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
