She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and turned what could have been a nerve-wracking first treatment into something really relaxing and enjoyable. My skin feels amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

The support staff were excellent, friendly and provided great aftercare and advice. Sadly I can’t remember the clinicians name who treated me, but she was very professional and listened to my needs and wants. The cost was great compared to other clinics in the area, and the therapist was lovely, she put me instantly at ease. I love the fact that the clinic has an app which makes it even easier to check when your next appointment is or make changes if necessary.

I’ve had a great experience getting laser hair removal at Therapie in Brighton & Hove, they are really friendly and the appointments are quick and easy, plus they also make sure you feel comfortable and they explain the aftercare really clearly. I got a very affordable package of several sessions and even from the first treatment I noticed some loss of hair growth and with the remaining hair, a significant decrease in the speed of growth, so from the get go I needed to shave between sessions less and less and of course over sessions the hair stopped growing all together. Wishing I’d got laser hair treatment sooner to be honest! I’d definitely recommend laser hair removal at Therapie to others considering getting it done. Show less »

However after seeing the difference in knowledge, experience and cleanliness of the salon I immediately knew I was in the right place. Im really looking forward to my journey with Therapie Hove.The only thing negative i have to say is I would have been a customer much earlier if they had an accessible phone line. The National 0800 number is a major barrier into accessing the clinic , I have tried so many times to set an appointment but wanted to speak to someone first which was why I initially went elsewhere. I strongly advise anyone that has been put off by yhe phone system to book a free online consultation or go into the clinic once there you will get the direct number and email address which is so much easier. The salon is spotless and gives a real friendly and professional atmosphere , you need this when discussing intimate hair removal . I also discussed other services that are on offer and finally feel like everything i need is under one roof. 10/10
UPDATE FOLLOWING FIRST TREATMENT.
Wow what a difference from my previous clinic. Annabelle was so incredibly professional , she removed all the embarrassing feelings of bikini laser hair removal and was reassuring throughout.
The laser itself was pain free and cooling. I cant tell you how impressed I am with this place. Anyone debating laser hair removal should absolutely come here especially if like me you are sick of hair removal rash , it fixes all that leaving you bikini confident .
