However, I did feel let down when I called about an issue I had post-treatment, only to be told by reception I can't be seen due to the length of time that had past since my initial appontment. However, I did feel let down when I called about an issue I had post-treatment, only to be told by reception I can't be seen due to the length of time that had past since my initial appontment. This meant I would have to book (and pay deposit) for another treatment appointment just to have someone review the problem.

I wasnt even sure i wanted another session due to the problem thag i experienced.
Overall did feel a bit let down and left on my own to deal with the issue i had after treatment, so I feel the customer service could be improved here. Show less »

I had Softwave with Dr Jess last year and loved it. I’ve just had my second session with Flynn and the results are even better. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and the level of professionalism shown by Dr Jess and her team. The premises are super easy to find and park. Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely experience at this nice clean friendly clinic. As soon as you are welcomed into the treatment room you feel totally relaxed. Dr Jess is so calming and makes sures you are happy and understand the treatment you are having.

I had my first appointment (for Botox) with Dr Jess earlier this week and I can’t recommend Dr Jess and Your Beauty Doctor highly enough.

Dr Jess is so gentle and the treatment itself was the easiest and least painful of any Botox I’ve ever had.

I would highly recommend and will be back!

Dr Jess was absolutely incredible. She listened carefully, advised honestly, and the results are beyond anything I expected — subtle, natural and so effective. I can't praise Jess, Mandie and Rachel highly enough. I had sofwave and some filler and botox. Everything was explained to me and Mandie and Rachel were very caring and professional. I did the Sofwave treatment with Dr. Jess and I couldn't believe the difference! She was so kind and put me at ease straight away. After just one session my jaw is firmer and my neck lines are less prominent. I can't recommend enough going to Your Beauty Doctor for beauty treatments in Nottingham!

Jess has done my treatments for years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I’m always more than happy with my treatments in clinic.
