Saw Jess in her Nottingham clinic last week. Jess is incredibly skilled, professional and just a generally lovely person. Her assessment was holistic, honest and I felt genuinely listened to. Dr Jess was amazing - talked to me thoroughly about my skin concerns and advised the best options with absolutely no pressure. She was very professional and knowledgeable.
