I am so impressed with the service, advice and products that Karen provided. I first found Karen when looking at the Save Face website, I didn't expect to find anyone so local on there. Karen is really knowledgeable, offering me advice on a problem I mentioned having with my eye lids. I first found Karen when looking at the Save Face website, I didn't expect to find anyone so local on there.

Karen is really knowledgeable, offering me advice on a problem I mentioned having with my eye lids. The products she suggested have done more in a fortnight than the other stuff I'd been using for a couple of months! She also helped me find an alternative product as one of my go to's has been discontinued, and despite having her own skin care range she made suggestions of other products because I was looking for specific ingredients.

The tox injections I get from Karen has really helped reduce tension headaches (serial frowner) and tooth grinding.

Strongly recommended Karen, particularly if you're looking for a medical professional and someone who is up to date with training and best practice. Show less »

I can tell she's experienced and good at what she does!!! I had total trust in her to treat what she needed to treat, even though i had no idea what i was talking about. After nearly a year of suffering with constant under-eye swelling from poorly placed filler by previous aesthetics providers, I finally found someone who truly knew what they were doing — Karen at KC Aesthetic in Long Eaton.

I had visited doctors, spent half the year on antibiotics and penicillin, and got nowhere. No one seemed to know what was wrong or how to fix it. The swelling was not only physically uncomfortable but really affected my confidence.

From the moment I walked into Karen’s clinic, I felt reassured. She took one look and immediately recognised what the issue was — filler placed incorrectly in the tear trough area. She explained everything clearly and professionally, and safely dissolved the old filler that same visit.

The results were honestly life-changing. The swelling went down, my face finally looked like me again, and for the first time in months, I felt like I could relax and trust someone in this industry.

Karen’s knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care are unmatched. I only wish I had found her sooner. If you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere or are nervous about getting aesthetic work done, I can’t recommend KC Aesthetic highly enough.
