The laser treatments at the clinic are fine and do show results, however, the booking system through the app is so unprofessional. The app says only certain therapists are available but when you call the Therapie call center, there is suddenly availabilities the very next day. Then, when you book an appointment with the therapist you want and check the app to make sure it's sorted, they've changed your therapist entirely!! What's the point of spending money on treatment when you don't get your preferred specialist who knows your skin and does the treatments in a way you prefer. On top of that, the clinic doesn't even send you any notifications that they've changed your therapist, giving you no time to even reschedule your appointment outside of the 48 hour time period. I had an excellent experience at Therapie! I went in for laser hair removal and was so impressed! Everything was explained clearly at each step, and the environment was calm and relaxing throughout. The therapist checked my comfort and pain levels regularly (pain-free so far!).

I also had a complimentary skin scan, which was fascinating. Every stage of the process was explained in detail, and the results have completely changed my skincare routine. Based on my skin’s specific needs, I decided to try the Skin Therapy Cleanser and Vitamin C AHA/BHA Cleanser — just one week in, and I can already see the difference!

What I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. The team simply shared the results, discussed what might help, and answered all my questions with genuine care. You can tell they truly love what they do! I couldn’t recommend Therapie enough. Show less »

Terrible experience at Thérapie Clinic. Dr. Beyhan completely missed the centre of my forehead, leaving obvious lines, it looks ridiculous. I’ve had Botox many times elsewhere and this is not normal. It is botched.

When I went back to be re-assessed by another injector at the clinic, he showed me the map of where the Botox was injected and explained that this is exactly why the lines are still there, the muscle in the middle of my forehead was never relaxed, so there is still movement. He also explained that the amount injected along my hairline was so heavy that if he tried to relax the middle area, my forehead would droop, meaning there is nothing to be done until the Botox naturally wears off.

Once I asked for a refund the clinic tried to blame me for the result, saying it’s because my skin is dehydrated. This is either incredibly uneducated or a lazy attempt to pass the blame. It doesn’t make sense, dehydration affects the skin’s texture and elasticity, not whether a muscle relaxes under Botox. The lines I still see appear precisely in the untreated middle of my forehead that still has movement, proving the problem is placement of the injections, not my skin condition. It also directly contradicts the professional opinion of their injector who assessed me in person, but, coincidentally, the clinic only started shifting the blame onto me after I requested a refund.

I provided photos and detailed explanations in person, over the phone, and via email, and was reviewed in person at the clinic, yet the clinic continues to dismiss me, repeatedly telling me I should go back to Dr. Beyhan and be assessed again. Their email responses have been blunt and dismissive.

I have been patient, thorough, and done everything required to resolve this. I was polite and understanding throughout, simply requesting a refund, I don’t think I should have to pay to have my face botched. I was happy to keep things civil and avoid formal complaints or negative reviews, but the clinic continues to refuse responsibility and dismiss me.

Looking at other negative reviews, there’s a clear pattern of shifting blame onto the customer and just repeatedly asking them to come back into the clinic to be assessed. Awful experience. Avoid!! Show less »

Great friendly and helpful staff. I started off with laser treatment which is proving really successful with more sessions still to go. Unfortunately, as I’ve received no response to my private review I feel it’s important to share my experience publicly.
From the very beginning my experience with Thérapie Clinic and Canterbury has been questionable. When I first signed up the manager persuaded me to only pay for 3 sessions instead of the 10 I originally wanted. Saying “get 3 and see how you get on.” However this was not more cost-effective and felt like a tactic to get more money out of me in the long run.
On two separate occasions, I was turned away from appointments, and still charged each time.
The first time this happened immediately after I said I would not be purchasing any more sessions I was suddenly told I’d been in the sun too much, even though this had not been an issue before. Most recently, I was turned away again, this time being told I had fake tan on my legs, despite the fact that I do not use fake tan at all.
These experiences has left me feeling that the clinic is more focused on making money on clients than providing a professional and supportive service. Some staff have been unfriendly and uncaring, and I felt uncomfortable and undervalued as a client.
Based on these experiences and although some members of staff I’ve met have been pleasant and professional, I no longer have any confidence in this clinic and will not waste any of my time or money here. Show less »

I recently had a chemical peel at the therapie clinic , and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease.

The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin's texture and brightness. Over the following days, my skin continued to transform, revealing a smooth and radiant complexion.

I've struggled with acne and some fine lines for years, and I can already see a significant reduction in both. My skincare products seem to work better now, too!

I had 6 sessions of full body and full face was on offer for almost£1500 , didn't get any result.
So they booked me for a consultation with someone and she said we guarantee after 10 session you get 90% less hair so basically I booked another 4 sessions to get that dreamy result and paid another about £400 ( bare on mind I don't have any hormonal problems as I've done all the feminine tests I could do just so make sure all good).
And now I finished my sessions in June and the hair is the same, grows just as frequently so I need to shave twice a week and on the face my main request was the top lip and till now the hair is same or even worse.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent hundreds on laser hair removal, I then fell pregnant and was unable to continue treatment, the manager said I was able to pause my treatments as they expire after some time. Fast forward I call and explain I’m no longer pregnant and request an exchange to a one off treatment as it’s hard to get back and forth with a newborn. This was agreed, confirmed and booked.

The day of my treatment the manager said I had to pay in full then my credit would be refunded, I explained this was not discussed on the phone and she said that was a mistake on the colleagues part. I paid and had to chase the refund a couple days later in which the manager told me my credit had expired, even though I was told it was paused.

This manager is the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever come across. I explained in store I’m on maternity leave and I could not afford to pay for that treatment and was promised the refund, however on the phone there was no remorse whatsoever. She absolutely did not care I was out of pocket as long as her sales were met. The way I was looked down on in store by her should have told me her character.

Head office and their customer service department are non existent, they will send any customer complaints back to the store manager, even if the complaint is about them. I even referred a friend before this incident who spent hundreds and the same manager looked her up and down and gave her a backhanded compliment.
