My first cosmetic procedure was such a positive experience. Although it was a professional setting, Kate made me feel calm and relaxed despite being a little apprehensive about the unknown.

Kate explained every step of the process clearly and confidently, which gave me reassurance. At the same time, she was so welcoming and friendly that the experience felt comfortable rather than clinical.

I am so happy with the results. I noticed an immediate improvement in minimising the lines above and below my lips, and I have experienced no pain or bruising afterwards.

I have experienced Kate's Neogenplasma treatments on both my eyes and neck area. Fabulous results and such a gentle treatment. No needles and no real down time. My skin feels firm, lifted and looks glowing and at 71 years of age this is just what I needed to give my beauty routine a real lift.

A lovely and honest practioner, she didn't tell me what I needed, she offered several options and her advice on the best one for my problem. There was no pressure to get anything or to spend a lot of money, she was very easy to open up to and to ask any questions I may have had. I'm looking forward to my treatment in her bijou but beautiful rooms.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. I had never had lip filler before but Kate put me at ease straight away and listened to what i wanted and what i didnt want from the final result. She gave clear advice for aftercare and i'm obsessed with the results.
