I had no previous experience with aesthetic treatments and had no idea what to expect. Nicole is so warm and welcoming and I felt totally at ease when explaining my concerns to her.
I had botox and Profhilo treatments.
These appointments were staggered, so I never experienced any discomfort or concerns. Nicole talked me through each procedure perfectly.

I had Botox and Profhilo with Dr Mohan a few weeks ago and I am very happy with my results. I have had botox elsewhere and I wasnt completely happy with the results as I felt too frozen and unnatural. Dr Mohan listened to exactly what I wanted, took everything about my muscle structure into consideration and now I have a result where I still have movement but I look so fresh and lifted. Even my Profhilo which takes a few extra weeks to kick in seems to be taking effect, ive never looked so glowy. Can't wait to see the full effects after my next appointment in a few weeks. I had an excellent experience with Dr Maryam, who treated me with Profhilo Structura. Her care, technique and attention to detail were outstanding.

She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave me a genuinely honest, professional opinion. What stood out most was her eye for subtle improvements that complement your natural features. She carefully considers your facial structure and what will achieve the most balanced, natural-looking result.

I felt completely at ease throughout, had no adverse effects afterwards and could already see the results very quickly. The improvements are subtle but noticeable, which is exactly what I wanted. Having visited other practitioners previously, I could really appreciate the precision, judgement and experience she brings to her work.

I would highly recommend Dr Maryam and Koncept Medical Clinic. I’ll also be returning for blood tests and to explore some of the clinic’s wider GP and women’s wellbeing services! Show less »

After only having visited Kate twice so far for Profhilo, I already know I would struggle to find a more reputable doctor who is capable at putting me at ease with whatever treatment is recommended for my concerns. Kate generally recommends more natural looking treatments, and has fantastic knowledge regarding skincare too. She always takes the time to discuss any of my skincare concerns during each appointment - to recommend further treatments or discuss options.
