I genuinely don’t know how to put into words what Karina has done for me. By the time I came to her, I had pretty much lost hope with my teeth. I had so many different issues and had become so conscious of them, even smiling, but I couldn’t always explain exactly what it was that bothered me.
From my very first consultation, Karina just understood me. She actually pointed out things I had been feeling for years but hadn’t been able to put into words myself. I remember leaving that consultation feeling like she completely got what I wanted and, for the first time in a long time, feeling genuinely excited about my teeth.
I didn’t want someone to just slap an aesthetic fix over everything, and Karina didn’t want that for me either. She was incredibly thorough and looked at the bigger picture, the underlying issues, how I was eating, the health and longevity of my teeth and what would actually suit me and my face. She completely understood my urgency for a transformation, but never let that mean cutting corners or compromising on doing things properly.
She had such a clear vision from the beginning and took me through everything step by step, explaining every decision and using her own experience too. Everything was completely tailored to me. I wanted them white, but still natural, and I honestly don’t know how she managed to get the balance so perfect. They look like my teeth and they suit my face, just better than I ever thought they could.
It was a HUGE journey and it genuinely felt like we went through it together. We giggled so much throughout the process and when we finally got to the end and saw the finished result, we were both in tears. I think that says everything about how invested she was in it too.
And I have to mention Jean Paul as well because he made the whole experience even lovelier. I always looked forward to having a good natter with him before my appointments! He is so personable, warm and friendly and the whole environment just felt lovely to walk into every time. When you’re going through such a long journey, those little things make such a difference.
The compliments I get on my teeth now are amazing, but it’s what they’ve done for my confidence that means the most. I smile without thinking about it, I eat differently, I carry myself differently and it has genuinely changed my life.
Karina didn’t just give me a new smile. She understood what I was trying to achieve before I could even properly explain it myself and gave me something better than I ever imagined. I will honestly be grateful to her forever.
