I’ve had a root canal, crown fitted and a filling done by Munim, and I’ve had a great experience throughout. I’ve always been quite nervous about going to the dentist, but Munim has been so patient, reassuring and professional that I now feel much more comfortable attending appointments. My appointment was with Mohini and I was already anxious and worried for my appointment as my teeth were not in the best condition and I’m not great at the dentist. My appointment was with Mohini and I was already anxious and worried for my appointment as my teeth were not in the best condition and I’m not great at the dentist. Mohini made me feel at ease and more comfortable, she talked me through everything and I now know how to look after my teeth better. She is such a lovely lady and done great work with my teeth that has given me that confidence back to smile again more. I was referred by my dentist as there was a query about a nerve and needed some further clarity. Dr Minim Habib was extremely thorough, reassuring and was able to work out that no further work is required. He was able to explain exactly what is going on. He was excellent and the whole experience at Dentistree was been brilliant.

Unfortunately she has had to have two emergency appointments over the past couple of weeks and they have all made this as simple and "painless" as possible. Treating Mum is difficult but Dr Habib is absolutely amazing at calming he... Show more »

I booked an appointment as a new patient online, this never asked me for any payment. I then received a voice mail and an email asking for a deposit to be paid. I couldn't respond as I was in hospital for a few days having a procedure done, when I got home and read message which was only 24 hrs later they had cancelled my appointment. Not giving me a chance... Show more »

I couldn't respond as I was in hospital for a few days having a procedure done, when I got home and read message which was only 24 hrs later they had cancelled my appointment. Not giving me a chance my appointment wasnt for another 8 days yet. They gave me liitte chance to make payment. I feel they have no thought for the person only the £ . Why couldn't their website ask for this when i made booking if its so important. I want a dentist/practice who yes they want to earn money but one who also cares about the person. Show less »

First time using this dentist and it started with an emergency appointment last week for a cracked tooth with a follow up appointment today for a filling (possible root canal) Saw Ruple Amim on both occasions who is notbing short of a miracle worker. She was able to save the tooth with a filling. She showed great care, attention, kept me informed during the whole procedure. The customer care, service and professionalism displayed by her along with the rest of staff really put me at ease. The reception staff were really helpful and welcoming during both occasions.

I cannot recommend them enough! I would rate more than 5 stars if possible. Thank you to all the staff Show less »

Lovely happy receptionists and Paras the dentist is the nicest dentist I have ever met. a definate recommendation for anyone scared of the dentist. she makes you feel totally at ease, she explains everything so clearly and lets you make your own decisions about whether or n... Lovely happy receptionists and Paras the dentist is the nicest dentist I have ever met. a definate recommendation for anyone scared of the dentist. she makes you feel totally at ease, she explains everything so clearly and lets you make your own decisions about whether or not to have the work done rather than telling you that you need it. very impressed with this place. I can't recommend Dentistree is Horley highly enough. From the warm, welcoming team at reception to the caring and patient dentists and dental nurses, I felt very looked after during all my visits to have an implant. I am very anxious at the dentist and Dr Rajan and Karen were so lovely and reassuring throughout. Thank you

We are travelling in the UK, when I started to feel that all was not well with a tooth that had been treated years ago. I phoned three dental surgeries in Horley; on the third try, I was successful in obtaining an emergency appointment within an hour of telephoning. The dentist listened very attentively to my description, examined the area and took X-rays. In less then an hour I was on my way with antibiotics so we could finish our trip. All this cost GBP 81. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has a very calm atmosphere. Hygienist Mohini was very good. My teeth feel well polished afterwards, and I left feeling well cared for.

I had a lot of pain with my wisdom tooth and needed it removed asap. I called them at 1pm and by 2:30pm it was removed. Procedure was painless as I had numbing injections and days later the pain from said procedure is gone and the pain I was feeling with the wisdom tooth went as soon as the first injection. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is after... Show more »

I have been at this Dentist a number of years as a NHS patient and in recent years as a private patient due to the changes in operating the practice. I have always found the reception staff very helpful and understanding and the various Dentists I have seen have always advised me thoroughly of my ongoing treatment including when I had to have root canal treatment.
The hygienist is very gentle and puts you at ease .
I had X-rays taken 2 years ago and today while having a check up the dentist did more X-rays to keep on top of any major changes. Which is good to help maintain my dental care.
All other staff I have met have been respectful and friendly especially the dental nurses. Show less »
