I have been coming to see Jane for many years now. Even when living abroad I would fly back to Newcastle just to have my fillers with her. I first started going to Sally after being recommended by a friend who was having botox treatment. I was quite nervous about changing clinician as I had been using a clinic for over 10 years and wouldn't normally trust anyone else with my face.

Well, I needn't have worried as Sally soon put me at ease, she was very professional, confident and knew her stuff. She didn't give me any false promises and the treatments suggested turned out to be perfect for me.

I had botox initially which was so natural looking I was really pleased with it and soon entrusted Sally with cheek and lip fillers and have received some additional treatments to help improve the look and texture of my skin too. Sally never tries to oversell or upsell anything that is not needed and always asks that you think through any new procedure or treatment before going through with it. Dr Dutta always takes care of me to the best of his ability. He is the first person I have personally experienced who genuinely cares about the lives of his patients, giving a good amount of time in his appointments so nothing feels rushed. So far I have had sculptra and cheek fillers done, and advice about other aspects too. I am made to feel welcomed by him and his wife Wendy who is also lovely and works to ensure I am seen promptly when needed and offers a warm welcome. He is the only one I will let touch my face. We had one hiccup which was a known risk and he worked promptly to resolve it for me for free and regain my confidence back. Show less »
