After doing my own research, I asked Lucy for advice on my skin concerns and her suggestion matched my own findings. There was no upselling of unnecessary treatments. Just honest suggestions with no pressure. Very trustworthy!! I went ahead with an enzyme peel + light therapy and have since received compliments on how much better my skin is looking.

I’ve been attending Laser Clinics - Newcastle for laser hair removal since April, and overall my experience has been really positive. All of the staff I’ve seen have been friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable during each appointment. The results so far have been amazing, with a noticeable reduction in hair growth and much smoother skin.

Today I had my first laser flushing treatment, which was carried out by Lucy R, and she was excellent. She took the time to explain the treatment beforehand, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and checked in regularly during the session. Her calm and reassuring approach really helped put me at ease.

Even after just one session of laser flushing, I’ve already noticed a reduction in redness, which I’m really pleased with.
I’d definitely recommend the clinic—the whole team are lovely, and Lucy R was especially great today. Show less »

I regularly go here for laser hair removal. The clinic is pristine and clean, and the staff are all extremely professional and pleasant. There are always offers to be had which makes rhe cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend Newcastle laser clinic.

In addition the laser itself is phenomenal with a cooling-fan and I like that laser is done punctually instead of swiping over the whole body! And there is even a student-discount and many discounts & offers throughout the whole year.

I’ve been going to Laser clinic Newcastle for around a year after the Sunderland one closed down. The staff here is really amazing and just really helpful. They are always able to accommodate me for my appointments at the time I want and if I ever need to change my appointments for whatever reason I can get that changed easily as well.

Really uncomfortable experience today at Laser Clinics Newcastle unfortunately

I had an appointment to review the hair as I am a redhead and was advised to attend with some growth and bring my tweezers

Upon presenting my tweezers I had the person conducting the appt roll their eyes at me which made me feel like an absolute lemming. The person who conducted the initial appointment was really nice however.

So following a Quick glance I was then told I am not a candidate for laser as was told the hairs were red which is fair enough but I would think you would want to look at the bulb of the hairs etc, maybe look under a light? I’d done my research prior to booking and the hair in my opinion is coarse and a much darker red/black but again, if they say it’s not doable then it’s not doable which is fine

Due to the handling of my appointment today though I would not recommend unfortunately and await my refund timeously Show less »

I have been using the Laser Clinics UK - Newcastle for over a year now. I had tried other laser therapy which simply did not work, so I was skeptical at first but also wanted an alternative to shaving - as this just wasn't an option I could continue with.

I've found Laser Clinics UK - Newcastle to be so warm and welcoming (they often have offers on - which is a Bonus!) and the laser treatment does work. I started to see results very quickly and the regrowth slows with each treatment.

The products they offer for after care are great, and really do work. I currently use the scrub and the face wash which are brilliant for my skin, especially as I do suffer from psoriasis so have to be careful. They don't dry my skin out and leave it feeling clean and moisturised.

I would definitely recommend using this clinic. It's on Northumberland Street just next to the Eldon Square entrance and there's lots of parking nearby if you're just popping in for your treatment like I do or make a day of it. Show less »

I’ve been a regular client at Laser Clinics UK Newcastle for roughly 2 years. All of the staff are lovely, you are welcomed with a smile and friendly service every time and I have always been made to feel really comfortable during every visit & treatment. You can contact the clinic anytime during open hours, I’ve never had to wait or be on hold or struggled to get through. The team are always very supportive and accommodating both over the phone and n person, and I’ve never had an issue with booking or changing appts etc. I have laser hair removal, after roughly 20-25 initial sessions every four weeks (approx.), I now only book in for top up treatments every so often (every 6 months or so) as my hair growth has significantly reduced and does not grow anywhere near as thick or as quickly as it used to. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Today I had a top up session with Tamzin who I’ve had treatments with before, she is so lovely and makes you feel at ease straight away. Tamzin is always really professional and thorough, as well as the rest of the team who I’ve had treatments with before. I’ve also had skin treatments at the clinic and the same goes, complete value for money, reliable and the real results from treatments show. Thank you for always providing a quality experience. Everyone at the laser clinic UK at Newcastle is wonderful and caring. I started my laser body treatment few months back and they have been very polite and accommodating. The therapist have given me a great tips following my treatment. The Receptionists always kind. They work 7 days a week which is great. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Great service, the staff always make you feel very comfortable when getting laser hair removal. Lucy A done my laser today in Newcastle and she was very friendly, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I have had laser at other companies and they have not been any where near as good as the staff at Laser Clinics. Highly recommend.
