I’ve been attending DRS Skin Care for laser hair removal for several months now, and I’ve had a great experience throughout. The team is professional, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable during your appointments.

One thing I really appreciate is how organised they are. They always send appointment reminders and follow-up aftercare emails, which makes the whole process very smooth and reassuring.

The staff are all lovely, but I have to give a special mention to Janette. She’s incredibly sweet, welcoming, and easy to get along with. She always puts me at ease and makes every appointment a pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend DRS Skin Care to anyone considering laser hair removal. The service and customer care have been excellent from start to finish. Show less »

I’ve followed and watched the growth of DRS Clinic over previous years, never really understanding what made the DRS Clinic different from its competitors. Well after my first visit and consultation yesterday, I’m kicking myself for not reaching out to DRS sooner.

Mr Rashpal Singh (and his staff) from the second i met him was glowing with passion, professionalism and with sincere interest in me, wanting to know why I felt I needed treatments, understanding me as a individual. Further then walking me through a detailed explanation, of why skin looses its elasticity, and how skin reacts as we age.

It was only then, we spoke about different options, and with his evident expertise, he made his professional recommendation, but additionally explaining why the treatments recommended were best suited for me.

We all age differently; and no single treatment will be the answer. Dr Rashpal Singh and I agreed on a short term plan, with the goal of ‘shock and awe’ at a family members wedding 2027. I’m so excited for this journey, and I know I’m in the hand of the best in the business. Show less »

I can honestly say my experience with Dr Singh has been life changing. I’ve been struggling with rosacea and have had some really severe flare-ups that left my skin extremely dehydrated and difficult to manage. It was affecting my confidence a lot.

From my very first appointment, Dr Singh took the time to really understand what I was going through. What I appreciated most is that the support went far beyond just treatments — I was given detailed advice not only on skincare, but also on diet and lifestyle, which has made a huge difference to my skin overall.

Yesterday I had Skinvive, and I genuinely couldn’t believe the results when I woke up this morning. My skin looks so glowy, hydrated, and for the first time in a long time, my rosacea looks like it barely even exists.

Dr Singh is a true expert who genuinely cares about getting the best results for his patients. I feel completely safe and confident in his hands, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgable, and do not try to ‘sell’ you anything, just give you honest advice.

I’ve also had a skin consultation and started using the Zo Skin range. Again, not cheap but Lucy’s advice on key bits to invest in has made such a difference to my skin.

When meeting Dr Singh I explained my facial concerns. We talked through various options and he was very honest with me of what he thought and what he could and could not do. I felt very comfortable and in safe hands with him.

I decided to go with Skinvive, HarmonyCa and Botox. It’s 5 days since I had the treatments and I am really impressed with the results.
I couldn’t recommend Dr Rashpal Singh enough.
He is honest, very professional and he was very gentle throughout my treatment.
I will definitely be returning

I recently had a few skin tags removed from my eyelids and couldn't be happier with the service I received.
The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Sam, and that welcoming feeling extended throughout my visit. It was truly lovely to see other staff members passing by also smiling, which created such a nice, warm atmosphere for what is a very personal service.
Dr. Rashpal was fantastic; he explained step-by-step what would happen and even clarified why the skin tags appeared in the first place. This clear communication was incredibly reassuring.
