I have been coming to see Diane for a few years now and she is truly amazing. Always very friendly and gives great advice. I would highly recommend Diane as I am always happy with the results after my botox.

Diane is truly amazing and so kind, I love coming to her for Botox. I come here because I know they have a real professional who puts me at ease and explains everything to me in detail, remember to ask clarifying questions if you’re unsure!

They always run late. I would advise to book in on a day you have nothing afterwards if you’re on a tight schedule. I’ve been 3 times and every time they’re at least 10 minutes late but could be sometimes later on a busy day.. It’s disappointing to wait, especially bc I’m autistic and a stickler for timing but it’s super clean with good Botox results. I would recommend changing appointment times to 20/25 minutes rather than 15 to give each client that extra time they need.

I have been coming to Diane for just over a year now for my Botox. I am always so so happy with my results which always turn out so natural. I’m quite picky/specific and Diane always delivers exactly what I ask for. She’s incredibly knowledgable and safety is clearly a huge focal point for her. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Botox 🥰

Emma did electrolysis to remove some skin blemishes for me. I trusted Emma fully: she first checked my blemishes would be suitable for removal and explained the process and all the implications really clearly. I really appreciated how Emma didn’t do any kind of hard sell. She then removed the blemishes over a course of appointments, rather than risking doing... Show more »

I have been coming to see Jane for many years now. Even when living abroad I would fly back to Newcastle just to have my fillers with her. She's very calm and patient, allows you to have some control when it comes to where and how much and really gives you the correct advice when needed. Its always super clean and really comfortable. Beautiful Clinic with wonderful staff. I’ve been for a few places for Botox in my life but this is by far the best place and the longest lasting. The clinic is perfectly clean and looks beautiful. Perfect location and the appointments are always quick and easy. Dianne is so lovely and always remembers who I am and makes me feel at ease. 10/10
