They always run late. I would advise to book in on a day you have nothing afterwards if you’re on a tight schedule. I’ve been 3 times and every time they’re at least 10 minutes late but could be sometimes later on a busy day.. It’s disappointing to wait, especially bc I’m autistic and a stickler for timing but it’s super clean with good Botox results. I would recommend changing appointment times to 20/25 minutes rather than 15 to give each client that extra time they need.

Emma did electrolysis to remove some skin blemishes for me. I trusted Emma fully: she first checked my blemishes would be suitable for removal and explained the process and all the implications really clearly. I trusted Emma fully: she first checked my blemishes would be suitable for removal and explained the process and all the implications really clearly. I have been coming to see Jane for many years now. Even when living abroad I would fly back to Newcastle just to have my fillers with her. She's very calm and patient, allows you to have some control when it comes to where and how much and really gives you the correct advice when needed. Its always super clean and really comfortable.
