I had been to a couple of practitioners before finding Diane and have now been seeing her for a few years. I would simply not go anywhere else now. Her knowledge of aesthetics is second the none.

She always talks me through a treatment asking exactly what I want, even though I see her on a regular basis. She asks me to frown etc. then puts marks on my face where she will be doing injections, so there is never a danger of doing something I don’t want or her injecting the wrong area. She explaines everything anyway so you know exactly what is happening at every stage.

The injections themselves are extremely quick with minimal discomfort and Diane’s professional and friendly attitude puts you at ease.

I have been extremely happy with the service I’ve had from her over the last few years and would recommend Diane 100% to anyone thinking of getting Botox. You will not be disappointed and are in extremely safe hands. Show less »

I have been a customer with Diane for a few years now. I have used others and never really got the results I felt I needed until now. Diane is lovely professional and extremely talented. Diane is lovely professional and extremely talented.
I don’t mind sharing I had eye surgery, during the healing period I had a slight droop on my left eye. It is completely healed now but while I waited for this outcome Diane did a little trick with BOTOX to lift the droop for me. I was over the moon with the result as always.

Sally is an actual miracle worker! I have always had asymmetrical brows and it’s always been super prominent in photos. I went to sally for Botox to help the asymmetry and I look like I totally different person. I feel so confident. I've had quite a few treatments from Sally now and I've been happy with the results every time. I'm quite a nervous/anxious client but Sally is always patient and reassuring, she takes the time to explain the procedures fully and also to make sure I'm feeling at ease and comfortable throughout.
I wanted my lips filled but I was bothered by asymmetry and I didn't want my lips to look obviously "done"...Sally was able to create such a beautiful natural shape, I absolutely love them. I think overall though my favourite treatment by far is the anti wrinkle (Botox), I had awfully deep frown lines but Sally's magic makes them literally disappear! I've never felt as confident with my skin as I do now thanks to Sally, I would absolutely 100% recommend her, if you're considering a treatment please do it! I had my first ever Botox with Sally, my eyes, forehead and T area, and I am blown away by the results. I no longer have 10 wrinkle lines next to my eyes when I do my biggest, cheesiest grin! My forehead isn't full of lines. I am over the moon with the difference, improved confidence and of course... the youthful look! Also, I am prone to fainting with needl... Show more »

I had my first ever Botox with Sally, my eyes, forehead and T area, and I am blown away by the results. I no longer have 10 wrinkle lines next to my eyes when I do my biggest, cheesiest grin! My forehead isn't full of lines. I am over the moon with the difference, improved confidence and of course... the youthful look!
Also, I am prone to fainting with needles and I was nervous, during the procedure I could feel myself getting faint and dizzy and the colour drained from me. Sally was incredible, paused for breaks got me water, even gave me her own banana. Making sure I was okay to carry on and I wanted to carry on.
The venue was great, I was easily parked outside the Durham venue. The room was immaculately clean. Sally is very well presented. I felt super reassured by her incredible qualifications and the fact she is a nurse in a hospital also.
I couldn't recommend Sally more! I look forward to getting more treatments from Sally in the future. Show less »
