Jaymee was really gentle and calming during my appointment, so much so that I now visit her for regular botox and skin boosters, which are also the best I’ve ever had. She's incredibly knowledgable about all thing aesthetics, and always makes me feel at ease with her calm, warm and friendly demeanor.

I find it really comforting that she's a fully qualified medical doctor in addition to all her aesthetics training. I very much feel in safe hands with her and she always explains all aspects of the treatments, answering my questions with care and consideration.

I've been going to her for a number of years now and just would not consider using anyone else. She never pushes or upsells additional treatments, and very much strives for a 'natural' result. I've had botox, lip filler and profilho previously and her injection technique is perfect - I've never felt more discomfort than a small needle prick and never any bruising.

I had Botox for the first time a few weeks ago. I was so nervous .. firstly that it would hurt, secondly that I would look silly. I am so happy that Olivia was able to talk me through the correct areas to have treated and held my hand through the process. Olivia was so knowledgeable, took the time to discuss with me my desired out come and reassure me throughout!
I feel like a new woman since. My makeup goes on perfect, but I still have enough movement to express myself (which was my biggest fear).
Her clinic is crisp, clean, calm and most importantly welcoming.
